Dora at this location on Artesia in Torrance, CA was AWESOME!!! Took the time to make sure we were taken care and completely satisfied. She was very professional and most of all made me feel valued and not a waste of here time (the opposite happens more often then this experience). Awesome job Dora!!!!

Top flight service and customer service should you find the need for payday advance to hold you down. The woman, Dora who assisted me was no explorer because she knew exactly where we needed to go...Stay safe.

The girls are not there to help you, they are there to be rude and exert what little power they have over those of us on the opposite side of the glass. Very rarely do I come into this money mart to find someone friendly and happy to do their job.

This place was a blessing from God. It's like the heavens had rays upon as I got there.. So I was looking for a place to cash my irs check and went to 20 different places .. no joke. Finally ended up at money mart and this sweet helpful little angel helped me cash it with ease and no hassle at all thank u cutie pie.

This was my first time here and wow the customer service blew me away!! Dora was so helpful and knowledgeable with my first time sending money to my family. They even offer payday loans which I didn’t know about. I will always come here now and no where else!!!

When coming into facility there is a line I watched Laura constantly clean the same area twice after asking if she could help me she stayed NO cause she was cleaning that is horrible customer service I have been a customer for years and have never experienced such rudeness

Great experience here. Desiree was very patient and understanding when my own bank wasn’t as helpful. I thank her for her time and patience. They are also fast and efficient. Although I wasn’t helped by the other two ladies I wish I had those names, those interactions with their customers were also fast and friendly. I will frequent her again.
