I never give reviews on anything but I felt compelled to do it just this one time. I've been to just about every check cashing place in the Long Beach area. So I speak from experience when I say that this place is one of the best if not the best place to cash your checks. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to do everything they can to get your check cashed for you. Most of the time I'm in and out of there in 5 minutes. I love this place it's my go-to place for check cashing and they recommended already give it a try you will never go anywhere else. And I got a free pen from one of the beautiful employees 🙂

The lady at the window, Jacklin. She was very friendly right off the back. Very nice warm smile. Made me feel very comfortable. She was professional. You can tell she’s been doing it for a while. She’s got it down! No hidden fee’s no sneaky stuff. I appreciate that more than anything. Thank you Jacklin! Thank you Money Mart!!

I love coming here for everything I need from cashing my checks to money orders or anything in between. The customer service has always been the absolute best! You can tell these workers make sure to put their customers first. They are so fast, efficient, and help you solve any problem faster than you can think. I especially find Jaklin to be the best in the store. She is by far the most knowledgeable and you can see she has years of experience. From handling problems, to checking you out quickly, she makes sure you are taken care of properly. I highly recommend this store if you need your checks cashed, your money orders, or even for taking out a loan!

I was serviced by jacklyn who I later found out was the manager. She was very helpful and took the time to explain how to send money to pay my bill I had no idea the company I was paying used another name to pay my bill thanks again for the helpful information and excellent customer service

This Long Beach location is great! The store was clean and presentable. And it smelled nice too. I was greeted with a friendly smile. I got the pleasure to get assisted by Jaklin, the store manager. Not only was she helpful but prompt. She answered all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend my friends and family. Nothing but good vibes here! :)

I’ve been coming to this store for years. And I can honestly say that the staff is always so courteous and extremely helpful. I remember the first time I visited the store I was a total mess. I had went in to cash a check from my employer and was mentioning to the employee that I had just got paid and my check was short by almost half and wasn’t gonna get money till next payday which was in about 2 weeks. Jacklin the manager at the store doesn’t know how much she changed my life that day by going above and beyond, she was able to help me apply for a payday loan and not be stressed about not having money to feed my kids for the days to come. That was what established my loyalty to the store, that they make you feel like family and believe me when I say I wouldn’t trade them for any other store.

My experience at this location was the very best! Very good customer service . All of the employees are very respectful , friendly and over all professional. They made me feel so comfortable to be there . The store is very clean and surprisingly smells very good ! I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends !
