I bought a really Nice Canon DLSR Rebel T5i from Alberts Jewelry and Loan on Facebook Market Place. It was shipped right out to Las Vegas in perfect condition, exactly as described. Any questions I had were replied to very fast with Messenger. Packed perfect so no damage would occur.

I was wanting to purchase a new portable device for my wife that wouldn't break the bank. I came across a listing from Añber Jewelry & Loan for a best selling Chromebook. The Acer Chromebook 713 Spin was just what I was looking for. Once I received it, I was impressed with how well it matched the description. The customer service was top notch and the shipping was fast and dependable. Will do business in the future with this company.

Absolutely terrible. From the customer service to the way that they price their items. Would not recommend to anyone and don’t see how they continue to get business with the way things are handled.

They like to waste your time. Called to find out if they take snowboards the man on phone said yes bring them down. Got inside for them to say no we don’t as one guy shoved a sandwich down his face. Super rude as well. Should not be on the list of best pawn shops in LB.

You get a fair amount for u Gold but is the same price for pawn or sale.. So I rather pawn my belongings and get it back in less then 3 months .. The staff are helpful and always answer any question . I'm giving it 3 star 'cause the advertising outside the business said. " 24 Hrs Open 7 days" and is my 2 time coming on Saturday around 7:30 pm and is closed .. I think will be nice to change the ad and have the schedule visible by the door or window .

I saw Boris’s ads on Offerup and bought the nicest MacBook Pro money can buy! His prices are great and he is a man of his word. Reliable, considerate, and very knowledgeable with his electronics! I ended up having an issue with my device and he followed up with me and gave clear instructIons on how to resolve the matter. I would recommend his services to anyone!

I had a great buying experience everything came on time and as described. They Evan called me all the way in IN to make sure I got the shipping I wanted and they called to make sure I got my package when it arrived. Out Standing customer service will most definitely be shopping with them again. I’ll give them an 10/10.

This Pawn shop is actually extremely good and have great customer service. I was in a time of need and found myself having to pawn my MacBook to make a bill. They could have degraded me or capitalized on the misfortune at hand but instead they lent me what I needed , which was more than they usually should lend. I came back and got my MacBook and it was in perfect condition just as I had left it. Albert runs a great place and has great customer service to go along with it. If your in Long Beach California this is where you should do your pawning.💯
