The ladies played trick on me and she dared to say my first name should put it on my middle name! She did not want to offer me any service! She never showed me the real situation! Luckily, the EDD customer service representative was super nice and helpful, so she transferred me other store! Luckily, I can save $10 service fees from other West Union money store and let me receive the full amount of cash! I really appreciate that Continental Currency brings me the awful service, so I can buy me 2 cups of Boba tea now😆😂 ! Thank you so much!

I've been going here for years. I think the people who work here are very nice and personable. I can have my check directly deposited, get money orders, pay my electric bill, and so much more. I have never had a bad experience here. If the line is long, I just go do something else and usually when I get back the line is short. I appreciate the ladies here. I always walk out with a smile on my face.

To whom it may concern, Hello my name is Felix and my roomate and myself went and cashed a check at one of your locations in Long Beach Ca on 7th st. Some error happend that the check came back. Now Im trying to resolve this issue since this is not fraud or anything. The manager at the location Maria gave me a phone number to call corporate to resolve this issue. When I called that phone number a lady by the name of Ivon answer the phone, right off the back she VERY RUDE using words like "I DON'T CARE", "YOU ARE TRYING TO RUN ME". I asked to speak to her manager ans she said she was not inn, so I told her to transfer me to someone that was supervisor, without telling me she put me on hold and left me waiting for two minutes, (Im ok with does 2 min thats not the problem) she transfer me to a lady named Kim, I told her what had happen and without apologizing or anything she was like with a tone "HOW CAN I HELP YOU!!" You can see my frustration with this kind of customer service, I asked Kim to listen to the call and she responded "I WAS NEXT TO HER!!" what kind of supervisor says that!! I asked her for an address where I could submit a letter and I believe she gave me the address where she works. I hope this letter gets to who ever needs to so they can do something about the reps they have answering the phones. This experiance has been by far the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experiance. Cashiers are very nice, helpful and fast. Prices are high, but competitive.

Called to ask about the current rate for exchange from USD to Mexican peso and the lady who answered responded with “ I don’t know.. it’s like 18 something. I’m currently alone and I have customers here, I can’t stop what I’m doing just to check for you” ??? Ridiculous service

The only notable observation was the store was seriously understaffed to handle the volume of impatient customers. None the less, the staff carried on efficiently and politely. Kudos to the 7th Street store.

The service was very prompt. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. The check cashing fees/rates are competitive in the area.

Great customer service, always been very helpful. Great staff, keep up the great work.
