there’s a very rude employee that wear really heavy make up, glasses she actually turned me away and made me really uncomfortable almost taking a position of knowing what best for the company this employee is overstepping her boundaries didn’t want to assist me i mean come on show more professionalism because this is really shotty work seriously i could expect this kind of work from a 18 year old please this checked cashed places neeed new employment because the way i was talked to was really rude and disrespectful from the women with heavy make up and glasses i have 8+ years in customer service this service was from a tier with 6 months non trained on the job i am upset but i will not be cashing my checks here at this location i don’t mind to go else where.

Went to get British pounds, and had a great experience. I called them on the phone to make sure they had some, and surprisingly enough they did! Apparently this one has more currencies in stock than the other branch closer to downtown (I called that branch first and they recommended I go here instead, though they could order it). The rate was surprisingly decent, and the people behind the glass were super nice. The parking lot is a little tight, but at least there is one. I will definitely come back here if I need foreign currency in the future!

Went to purchase some Euros for a trip late on a Sunday afternoon with few other options open. Very easy and straightforward transaction. The teller quoted me a good exchange rate much better than the airport. No other fees. I was very satisfied.

This place is the worst place to do anything . The people that works there is very rude and disrespectful and slow !!! I stood in line for over 30mins to get to the window to a rude person that works there , and they charge too much to cash a check

This place is supposed to open at 9am it’s 9:15 doors locked no sign of anybody inside. Ridiculous

Worst place to do business at. The guys and girls working look like they hate to be thier and hate to help anyone who walks threw the doors. The guy that was trying to assist me had a ulgy attitude he was so rude. They didnt help me cash my check ... he said he needed to verify it so i waited for him to verify my check with my employer then came to say he couldn't call because his phone was down. I asked him if he can use his cell phone to call and he said no with a attitude. Pshhhh.Serioulsy just go somewhere else this is the worst wouldnt recommend. Dont waste your time here.

Staff is slow, unfriendly, discourteous, sluggish. Never in a hurry to help the next customer. Today, I had a unpleasant interaction with a member of their cleaning service who was very rude and unsympathetic to the needs of the customer over the needs of the cleaning staff. I will never use them again.

They want to change me $12 for Money order or $300 they are Nuts. Never come back this place again
