These people saved me from a scam when I bought a purse on eBay. They have Entrupy authentication service and for thirty dollars I was able to verify with documentation that the item I purchased was fake and open the dispute with Discover. I finally got my money back and couldn’t have done it without their help. They have excellent service and safety in the shop with beautiful high end jewelry and items. The employees are kind and helpful. Very satisfied thanks!

The staff has great customer service, kind, helpful and reasonable. I’ve only been here a few times, and honestly I would recommend coming here. If they don’t have what you need the day you go in...they could surely find it for you, then give you a call when they get it.

Worth the drive. Had hesitations about buying from a pawn shop but Rene was very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered my tons of questions. He displayed great customer service and knowledge. Felt very happy with my purchase and will definately keep my eye on items they sell. 45 min drive but Rene makes it worth it. Thank you very much.

This is the best jewelry and loan I have ever been to. Rene and Mario really care and do their best to take great care of you. I had gone to another place first and they wouldn’t loan me enough for what my things were worth. Then I went to Fancy and was totally happy with what they offered. They are aware that people are having a hard time due to covid lockdowns in California.
