This is literally the worst place ever. Rude and completely unprofessional front staff. Security people are better customer service associates than anyone that I have encountered at the counter by far. Stay away and don’t waste your time on stopping by this place. They have not once been helpful. Example of bad business who have staff and attitude that shows how very little they value & appreciate potential customers and local community support. (People who might need some empathy passed their way). Dismissive and outright rude. Don’t even bother.

Purchased guitar amplifiers the one that has head and speaker separated connect with jack cable. after check to make sure it works I decided to pawned it there. But when I went to redeemed it they gave me only head amp and speaker, when I asked for cable to connect the head and speaker they wouldn't give it to me, said that it doesn't come with it.???
