I had the pleasure of working with Sr. Loan Officer Anthony Pitts who was extremely professional, patient, and informative. This was my first time going through the refinance process and of course, I had many questions. Tony was a great listener and explained all areas of concern. He also gave clarification for anything that I didn't understand. If he was not available when I called, I would receive a text or return call as soon as he became available. He was excellent with following up on processing questions and made sure that I had the information I needed to move through the process quickly. I would also give a special mention to my loan processor Joy Lancia who was very helpful and informative as well. Both are appreciated for their part in helping me with this process.

I had the pleasure of working with Eric Alioto in order to refinance my primary residence. Eric was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Just refinanced our home in California and worked with Steve and Julia throughout the process. Both of them were fantastic and I would highly recommend red tree mortgage to handle your refinance. We initially called Rocket Mortgage directly for refinance pricing, and found their costs too high. Red Tree Mortgage however, managed to get us our loan through Rocket for less than half the cost of dealing with Rocket directly. Very satisfied, highly recommended.

Bahja was truly fantastic, she hustled, did a ton of leg work, was honest and straight forward and just did a 10/10 job from start to finish. I would recommend her to anyone!!!! The company on the whole was very impressive, shopped for a great rate, locked it in, then Bahja executed flawlessly, she even handled the annoying questions from the underwrites so I didn't have to. Truly a fantastic experience and I own a real estate company and have done dozens of these loans!!!!
