As a self-employed and first time home buyer, Dave and his team were amazing to work with. They really have a wonderful customer experience. Tony & Megan were very communicative through the whole process, happy to answer any questions that came up and did so in a timely manner. Even during nights & weekends, someone from the team was available. My closing was quick, in just 30 days, and they made everything super easy and seamless. I'd highly recommend their team to any home buyer.

I was a first time home buyer, so the whole process can be pretty confusing and overwhelming but Laura made the whole process run SO smoothly! Anything I didn’t understand, she made sure to explain thoroughly to me and laid out all steps I needed to take. This team is absolutely amazing! From the owner to the individual Loan officers. I don't know how they do it, but they make you feel like you their only client even though that is not the case. My amazing realtor Heather Kaczorowski referred me to Holland mortgage advisors because of her experiences with them and I must say I’m glad she did. From the very start the Holland team made everything so easy for me. They were very informative, patient and quick with the entire process. Even when things got a little stressful for me with needing a lot of information for the settlement company Shay from the Holland team was so helpful and sweet and guided me through it all. Although I hope to never buy another home again if I would ever have to I will definitely be using them again!

The Dave Holland Team was fantastic from start to finish on my home refinance this past month. Jessica was super responsive constantly, and was so patient with all of my questions. She very smartly locked in a rate for me the day I initially made contact (even though I was just inquiring) and the rate went up after that so I was locked in at a great rate.
