Among other things that you’re paying for with a closing company, you’re paying for attention to details. Much like Lisa’s review reported nine months ago, attention to details was repeatedly lacking — before during and after the closing. If PLT were a fine hotel, and you were my wife and me, you would never return to this hotel again and you would never recommend it to a friend.
