This CU definitely has issues. Biggest one was fees for us, plus the lack of communication when it came to overdraft protection. Their fees will also overdraft your account... They also take their sweet time with deposits, as another person here stated. Too many times we had checks take days to clear, or direct deposit not available when it should have been. Plenty of better credit unions in the area that have much less hassle.

Been with them 3 years, other than a few system bugs I've reported (which they immediately fix), I've never had a problem with them and I plan to stay with them a long time!

I keep getting insurance offers that I didn't request,some of the prices are outrageous.I'm not sure if this is safe.

They charged me $15 for a new card ☹️ fees, fees, fees...

Upon opening the account, I was assured by the employee who opened my account that all direct deposits would post early. Their website even states " With direct deposit, your paycheck is automatically deposited into your account. The funds are available for use sooner and you've saved yourself from running another errand." This is not the case. Do not fall for their lies like I did. Go with a different credit union.
