On Friday December 10, 2021 Charles Riley provided great customer service after I had a bad experience with an Ardmore dealer. The truck I was interested in was sold, but he was honest if the customer didn't show up by closing that day Saturday afternoon he would call me. I did show interest in the Nissan Altimas I the front. He said yes check them out. I appreciate that he didn't forced me into a vehicle or gave me a line of bull. He gave me the option to what I wanted and would fit my budget. Thank you Charles because Glen Rabe Motors put abad taste in car salesman but your honesty and how you looked for my best interest made me trust in car salesman again. Charles thank you so much for being there for your customers.

Buying a car is not easy. Finding a good point A point B car is not always easy neither, but coming to Regal is so easy. I was walked through the entire process from start to finish. Employees are really nice and very patient especially with all the extra questions I had, I walked in one day and drove off the lot the same day!

I bought a car and three days later I brought I back because it was smoking. I asked them to fix it and they said we can’t it’s your problem you have to fix it since you drove it off the lot. Bit by bit the vehicle kept breaking down. I told them to come pick it up I’m tired of paying the 400 bucks a month for a 2003 vehicle and they haven’t. It’s been in my yard ever since.

The Customer Service was great from Start to Finish. The guy that helped us (Chris), was really respectful and professional during the whole process. never felt rushed while picking the car I wanted. Chris was super helpful with helping me find the car that suited me best.
