Arvest Bank Nw Cache Rd, Lawton

This is a terrible banks for good customer service there are plenty of banks in Lawton that are better the only reason why arvest is a successful as it is in Oklahoma is because they do mortgages if it was not for that everybody would go anywhere else

Had a client trying to do a mortgage loan with Arvest. In over 35 years in real estate have not seen a mortgage company do such a poor job. Do not recommend for house loans. They wont answer phone calls or emails.

Absolutely horrible. They have no idea what they're doing. Do NOT bank with Arvest. I have been with Arvest for over 10 years and will be closing my accounts and going with a different bank.

I am fairly new to Oklahoma and choose Arvest Bank for several reasons. One of those reasons is the great customer service I receive at the 2622 W.Gore Rd. location and their bonuses, of course! BUT...I visited this location on Cache Rd near 44th and wasn't greeted and I literally stood in front of three tellers for over 5 minutes and neither one of them offered me assistance. After feeling unworthy and about to leave, A very professional young woman came from one of the offices to assist me.

I have been banking with Arvest for almost 10 years now and today was the first day that I pulled up to the drive-thru at Cache Road Arvest and all the lanes are closed the bank is closed and its only 7:32 p.m.! How is this possible when they have a big billboard out in front of the bank that clearly states open 8 to 8!?

The employees at this branch and even at the call centers are incompetent and not qualified to do their jobs, much less handle any kind of business accounts. DO NOT BANK HERE. I will be taking my accounts elsewhere and will make sure to warn anyone who banks here or thinks about banking here.

Very unhappy with Arvest customer service. I had a security breach on my checking account. My Visa debit card was declined yesterday and I could not reach their fraud department to find out what was happening. They're closed on weekends. This morning, I was given the run around by multiple employees at their call center and I also could not reach the local branch by telephone. Every call to every number of Arvests' diverts to their call center. Guess their customers aren't important enough to take a phone call from. I still haven't reached their fraud department! Will be showing up at the branch today. I guess my retirement account doesn't count for anything either as I keep getting bumped down the line of advisors. I am very disappointed in Arvest Bank and will be looking for a new one. It's actually zero stars, but I had to select at least one to proceed with my review.

The tellers at this bank are very polite. However, I had opened a checking account with them and one of paychecks I had deposited was returned. As a result, they started to close my account. They never bothered to let me know that they were closing my account. The way I found out was when I went to go activate my debit card. The gentleman on the phone said that there was a hold on my account as a result of the paycheck being returned and that it was in the process of closing. When I went in to ask the bank about my account Danielle said that with an account that was as new as mine, it was the banks policy to start to close my account. I would strongly advise anyone to consider a different bank.

I have banked with Arvest for over twenty years. To be honest I have had a problems with them about 5 times, but these problems were each solved in a fast,, friendly and efficient manner. I believe the have the lowest overdraft penalty of our local banking institutions.

Worst Arvest in town. I can't stand coming here. They're slow, rude, have no clue what they're doing and it's dirty. Go to the Arvest on Gore.
