    Imagine, you started a business and are looking for a company that can give small card fees and are safe, trusted and polite. Upon agreeing with a salesperson, you believe all is well until you see the first charge on your account. Now you want to cancel, except the company will not allow it. They present a cancellation fee and give no room for agreement. The company is rude, and completely fraudulent. You realize you made a deal with the devil, except this is worse. This is red payments, a company that has no issue scamming it’s costumers yet CONTINUES to operate. The company faces dozens of law suits and continues to drain individuals money. Never sign a contract with them, don’t contact them, and do NOT provide them with costumers. Let’s watch this company wither and die due to their greediness and pure unfairness.

    This company is a complete scam. They target businesses and treat costumers like absolute trash. The salesperson lied to our business about the cancellation fee and now we are stuck with a ridiculous fee. Tried to reach costumer service for over 2 weeks and any representative I spoke to was mean and condescending. This company deserves 1 star. Terrible service, terrible costumer service, and absolutely awful company.

    Was told we could cancel within a certain time frame. 1 week later when the service was terrible and we realized the mistake we had made, we tried to cancel. We were called by someone from a different department threatening lawsuits and told we were never told we could cancel. We actually had a 4 year contract. They flat out lied to our faces and we were left paying way to much for a below par service! I unplugged the machine and went with square. Yes, I pay a monthly fee to red payments but they will not get another dime out of me. Square is up front about fees and I know what I’m paying for!

    I'd give them negative stars if I could. The sales rep promised that we could cancel at any time with no penalties. That was a complete lie. When I contacted the rep about this he informed me that he no longer worked for the company in part because of their dishonest business practices. He has offered to help us out as much as he can but I'm not sure what good he can do now. We are being told that we are in a 48 month contract which I never would have knowingly agreed too. I have contacted the Colorado state attorney's general's office and the better business bureau. So far all I have gotten in response is that there have many complaints about Red Payments. I may be S.O.L. but hopefully other will read this and not make the mistake I did.

    Notice that all the 1 star reviews are from fake names and fake people with no photo. Sounds like some competitors that don’t offer the same business have a sour taste in their mouth Fact of the matter is Red payments has been a staple for our business in Oregon and I wouldn’t ever go back to our previous processor. I’m very happy with our Rep Giovani and how he puts in extra time off the clock even answers his personal phone. They do not do 4 year contracts as some have said and if your being billed it’s cause your under contract. Red payments bought us out of our previous contract we weren’t happy with and even canceled it for us so we didn’t have to. They provided us a better system for less than what we were paying before and got us a loan which really helped us market our business and after dealing with other companies I would recommend you give them a try.

    I work red payments for about 6 months now I got to say that my manager Morris was top-notch to me he always teasing me correctly but as soon as I started signing up people their bills were not matching what I was told they would be according to their proposal. Only two out of 11 people are still with them the restroom canceled because what we were told to tell the customer was no interchange fees would be seen and that's an absolute lie customer service has actually been horrible they've been calling and trying to get these people out of a jam it would take me days to get a hold of somebody and then once the clients with cancel red paint is still charging an exit fee even though I as a salesperson waved on the contract. The problem is they lock you into a lease you can't get out of that lease unless you yell fraud

    The worst Scammers ever $69 a month becomes $74 a month,sometimes its tax other times insurance... Also $54 annual tax .... Turned out it’s a lease payment from a third party that you are not informed of. So you are signing 2 contracts They treat small business as an open check book & their legal department gets on the line & try bullying & threatening . SQUARE is the best for merchant account,only pay if you process Paying extra few $$ for processing is worth Your stress.

    The representative, Ethan, told my boss in front of us that we could cancel Any time. When the boss decided to cancel, he was informed he was locked in to a 4 year contract. These people lied to us and are scam artists. The amount of money they charge to customers is higher than what square charges the business. If customers are paying the processing fee, there is no justification for charging an additional fee. Do not buy from them. We regret doing so. Clients also tip less because they are charged so much. Upon trying to resolve the issue, they have refused to contact the owner, hung up on him, and treated him with extreme disrespect. Calls to them are blocked and ignored, instead of being dealt with professionally. Do yourself a favour and stay away from them. Also, at the time of writing this, the real tree company and Brooke c who gave them 5 stars and attack those who say otherwise, if you look at their profiles they only have 1 review each- for red payments. This is highly suspicious, and leads me to believe they are not in fact real people, but just fakes trying to do damage control for the company.

    Got scammed into the contract with misleading information. The sales rep was actually had a pending court case for scamming old people.lol So I paid the fees and never processed a payment for 3 years. Now after my 3 year term I have called to cancel 3 days in a row and no one from red payments retention team will get on the phone with me but there agents tell me that's who has to handle my cancellation. They have promised to return my call every day and so far nothing.

    Don’t trust this company or their sales people. Review every page of the contract and require copies before they leave your office. You may want to ask for copies of the contract directly from the company after submitted because their representatives might forge your signature to documents. I entered into an agreement with Red Payments for a one-year contract. I explained I wouldn’t enter a 3-year contract with the sales representative and the sales representative “received permission” for the year term from his manager. I signed some documents outlining the 1-year provision and other pages with standard boilerplate language. The representative was going to get me a fully executed copy of the agreement but he never did. Instead, the page with this provision was “lost” and I was informed that I had entered into a 3-year contract which an early termination fee. On top of this, the sales representative forged my signature to an equipment lease for 4 years. Fortunately, the forgery was poorly done and the equipment lender cancelled the contract without any early termination fee. One might think you could contact the sales representative or his manager to get this all straightened out but they are no longer at the company. I was informed by Red Payments that the sales representative had been “terminated” likely because of this fraudulent activity. On a positive note, the service worked fine besides the initial long delay for the payments being posted to our account. This was fixed with a phone call. The cancellation process went smooth besides the assessment for the early termination fee because of the fraud of their sales representative. The worker I spoke with regarding the cancellation seemed well informed and knew all about their less than stellar reputation. He encouraged me to put up a review because they already had plenty of terrible reviews and it wouldn’t make a difference in their business practice. I’ve complied with his request. There are providers that don’t require contracts and have better terms. Seek one of them out.

    The sale rep lies to our faces on recording about being able to cancel anytime so I signed tried canceling 4 months later and they told me I'm on a 4 year contract and need to pay out 4,000 plus $650 cancel fee or my credit is hit. Tried canceling and the head manager and he hung up on me multiple times right before saying something rude. This company needs to be sued multiple times I'm sure and I'm getting a lawyer and pursuing in court as should ever other bussiness owner that's been effected by this

    Received a more advanced system for less than what I was paying before and the sales rep even helped me install it. Anytime I have questions they’ve been available to our staff. At first was hesitant after I seen a few shakes reviews, although after a second look I realized people whom speak like that rarely even looked professional let alone we’re business owners. Red payments really has followed through with all of their promises; not to mention We even received a few hundred dollars for referring them to other businesses. Give them 1% of your trust they will earn the rest. Great experience.

    Have to say that I was with this company since it's been open 15 years ago. And I remember Simon who started this company Tried always hard and achieved its best with his whole big team over many years. Company is very honest. And try there best. No one will ever beat their prices . Many companies over many years tried to take over our credit card system. But Simon and his team always did better. Thank you Farah. Who was with me for last few years very patiently . Sorry to say that we had to switch company due to our computer system allowed only use there own system. But couldn't leave you guys without saying "BIG THANK YOU".
