The faster my loan comes in, the earlier my equipment can be delivered, thus providing a smoother transition for my construction. Time saved is opportunity cost avoided. Also the application fee and/or closing cost is so much lower. Paperwork is less. Their electronic process is easier. And most importantly, better interpersonal relationships.
