TD Bank 7th Ave, New York

Michelle is the best. She helped me with my mother's account. The TD branches in Brooklyn are the worst and they need retraining. They need Michelle to show them how to render excellent customer service.

Manager Shifoli Desjardins asked me “why did I start coming back in her bank” spoke to me like we were in street arguing. Very unprofessional. I started going to the bank on 37th and Broadway after that. If your looking for good service don’t go this bank. Took it with the area manager Randy Estrada and he never responded to my complaint. I really don’t like this bank.

I had the greatest pleasure of working with the manager Francisco here at this TD bank (36th and 7th). I visited the Td bank on 37th and 6th and they were horrible. I chose to not give up on finding a solution and visited 36th & 7th TD. I was greeted with a warm welcome and everyone was so polite. There was a slight discrepancy in my account that the previous bank I visited (37th &6th) refused to find solution. Pure laziness. I went it to 36th and 7th TD and Francisco solved my problem in a matter of 10 minutes. Also contacted me via phone to update me and let me know my account was up and running. I will always return to TD on 36th and 7th! Thanks Francisco for your AMAZING customer service!!

Went to TD bank branch (469 7th Ave New York, NY 10018‎) to open a joint account with my wife. We waited there for 10-15 mins and the gentleman directed us to Ms. Veronica. As we talked about opening a TD Premier account and related benefits, rates and fees; Ms. Veronica got little agitated (probably she does not like too many questions). Then she started making fuss about our IDs. She started saying that government issued permanent resident card cannot be considered as primary form of ID. We called TD bank at (90 5th Ave New York, NY 10011) to verify all the necessary documents before heading to 469 7th ave branch. So I asked her, if TD bank at 90 5th ave and DMV can accept permanent resident card as a primary form of ID then why can't Ms. Veronica accept it. She obstructively replied TD bank at 469 7th has different rules and regulations, if we want we should head to 90 5th ave branch to open an account and she cannot help us any further. We were shocked in disbelief with such rude behavior. This behavior is clearly racism/prejudice or she is untrained/uneducated. We have had only heard how awesome TD bank CS is. We decided not to open an account with TD bank. This is our experience. I am sure not all employees at TD bank are rude. Just saying...

I just have to say that Michelle from this brand she is amazing, she is what it calls a real customer service, the way she welcome me was amazing, I went to Different branches and nobody could help me the way she did, she have excellent customer service and she helped me in what I needed, God bless and I want to say thank you TD bank for hiring people Like her. She is a Gem, I am very thankful.. God bless

I switched to TD Bank a few years ago. I was tired of dealing with my old, ultra-corporate mega-bank. A friend of mine from New Jersey, recommended that I give TD a try. He had made the switch to "the green bank" and seemed really happy with the choice. A few negative experiences with my old bank and the lack of quality customer care, gave me the courage to make the switch. I opened a checking and savings account and had a really funny, smart, and kind rep get me all set up. Generally at TDs, bank tellers and account executives are really nice, helpful, and effective. The best perk is that TD bank is open 7 days a week! Plus, I like that it gives customers the option to go paperless. I also really love the mobile app and the quick deposit by photo system.

Excellent service, quick, reliable and a with very welcoming staff. Oscar Alvarez, the assistant store manager, was so great and so helpful that he really made my visit to the bank a true and positive experience. Oscar was very professional while preforming all the tasks I needed from him regarding my account and very knowledgeable when answering all of my questions.

The ATMs give $50 bills. To avoid the large bills you need to take out less than $100. or take the bills to the counter to exchange them. While doing the latter, I asked that they bring back the $20's and was told the customers want the $50's. I guess I'm either mistaken as to what I want or I'm not a customer? She suggested I walk an avenue to another TD bank. Nope.

Fast cash gives you a $50 and two $5s. Had to wait in line 7 minutes to ask for 3 $20s. The guy gave me 2 $20s and a $10 instead. Inconvenience plus incompetence.
