RE/ MAX SELECT of WESTFIELD Elmer St, Westfield

Since I have joined Select my experience has been day from night at my previous brokerage. From the admin to the managers, and our owner Rob, I can't say enough. To dedicate one on one time with agents to help us learn and understand how to be and do better in our business speaks volumes to how much Rob cares. I recommend the office to clients and agents that want their individual needs taken into consideration and met.

Don't use Nicole Barge she came into my home for a showing and decided it was very professional to throw her card on the floor. This is an owner occupied home but she thought it was appropriate for me to clean up after her.

I feel honored and privileged to work with RE/MAX SELECT in Westfield. I have never been in a professional environment that is so supportive. The owner and broker have always made themselves available to answer any questions, provide additional support through classes and meetings, and offer encouragement. Also, the agents in this office are second to none. Everyone here is willing to help anyone to the best of their ability. I would recommend any agent who is looking for an office whose major theme is to have everybody "win", to work for RE/MAX SELECT in Westfield.

I find it utterly amazing how so many negative reviews are NOT about RE/MAX SELECT Westfield but about a single Agent. I do not know the agent repeatedly mentioned but I will say this: The negative reviews often anonymous are sometimes left by competing brokerages that do not like the fact that we are so effective at selling houses in the least amount of time, for the most $ with the least amount of stress. Properly notifying the manager and the NAR National Association of Realtors would be the correct process to actually deal with an issue you may have had with someone. Attempting to put an entire business on blast without even attempting to resolve the issue brings further credence that those negative reviews are just competing brokers. Bad karma is not the way. I love this office and have found an incredible wealth of support and knowledge far exceeding the two previous brokers I worked for. If you have an issue please follow logical protocol and advise management and the NAR. Giving a negative review to the entire company like some people have is just obvious poor sportsmanship. I highly recommend this office, myself, and anyone at RE/MAX SELECT. You will not be disappointed, in my opinion of course.

My home buying search started out of curiosity then it became a reality after my first conversation with Real Estate Agent, Nickole Bonner. I was referred to Nickole by my hair stylist. I felt an immediate connection. I told her my vision, how much money I had to put towards my down payment and our journey took off from there. I literally spoke to Nickole on a Friday and she had at least 5 appointments booked for the next day. Nickole is passionate about what she does and it shows. She worked extremely hard while being realistic, forthcoming and most importantly, she kept things in perspective. Her advise were always in my best interest and she seemed to always have a back up plan every step of the way. She was dedicated about finding me the right home and didn't stop until we did. We found my home in 2 weeks. I remember giving up so many times during the 6 week process, but Nickole kept me focused. I will always remember her continuously telling me that this is my blessing, this is my home. She was committed to seeing it through and I closed on my house on September 4, 2020. I have never seen or heard of a realtor that has her drive to go above and beyond the way she does. I ABSOLUTELY without a doubt recommend her.

Remax agents are extremely unprofessional in spite of numerous request not to cold me inquiring if I am selling my house, they have continuously been calling me monthly once since 2020. The Westfield office agents are very discourteous and unprofessional. I would opt for another agency

As a seasoned agent of 28 years, I can say without a doubt that RE/MAX Select is the best company to work for. The team player mentality and support from the leadership make it easy to be a success in this business. The company owner and our broker managers truly care about each agent and they provide us with the tools we need to be reach our goals. The atmosphere is energized, the agents collaborate and share ideas. These are not just colleagues. These are friends.

I recently came over to RE/MAX SELECT from KW and so far my experience at the Westfield and Plainfield offices has been great! They've exceeded my expectations in providing timely, practical, and useful support. Everyone I've encountered has been very personable efficiently helping me with any issues I had. Shout out to Sandy Chambers who has gone out of her way to share her knowledge and experience which has helped me in becoming a much better agent in servicing my clients!!

I have been with this group for over three years now. The atmosphere is humble and we are all like family. The owner, broker and staff will stop at nothing to help people with their real estate needs and is relentless for us to be successful. Our growth is extraordinary and the brand is International, what more can I say ;) ?

Very unpleasant experience trying to work through Daniel of RE/MAX Select of Westfield as a potential buyer. Would never use to buy or sell.
