I have never been more impressed with the amazing customer service my fiancé and I had from the moment I inquired about engagement rings to the final product. Irene was very personable and her expertise in the field made it very easy for her to understand exactly what we were looking for. She took her time explaining all the details it entails about engagement rings (although we did thorough research before stepping into a jeweler) and was very attentive to any questions we had. On top of how special Irene made us feel, Adlers jeweler have various designers you can choose from or get ideas from and they can custom make anything you want! Now let me tell you the diamond we got was BEAUTIFUL! They have various types of diamonds to choose from but all you have to do is tell them what you are shopping for. Being reputable and honest was something I was worried about we wouldn’t find when we started shopping around but Irene was transparent about everything and as I expressed my concerns she addressed them immediately. Finally, Just as every store is short staffed you need to plan ahead of time that getting the PERFECT ring will take some time. For us we were not in any rush which timing was perfect because I personally was not going to rush anyone making my ring perfect. However, we were going back and forth with Irene and the designers on small details that needed adjusting and that took time… so plan ahead! FYI I was given recommendations to go to city which we did and we were immensely disappointed with the type of service we received in the city. So my advice is to have an open mind, visit different jewelers, do your research and have FUN! Thank you Irene and Adlers Jeweler for an amazing ring I can’t stop looking at 🥰

My brother was raving about this place after he purchased my future sister in law’s engagement ring so we decided to make an appointment for ourselves to see what the hype was about. Mike Joshi is one of the most calming and personable people we’ve ever met. He was beyond helpful walking us through the process of getting our own engagement ring & helped my fiancé pick the most stunning engagement ring I’ve ever seen. I am SO HAPPY!! Recently, I had the distinct challenge of finding an awesome gift for my sister (I am 1 of 4) for a significant decade birthday! I blocked out a few hours to try different jewelers for my fiancé's engagement ring and decided to swing by Adler's first because it was close by. I'm glad I did! Yvonne knocked it out the park. She didn't rush me and went through all the different things to look for in an engagement ring (things most people don't know about until it's time to shop). I had a specific budget to work with and was really worried going into this that my options would be limited. I was relieved to see just how flexible they were. It also should be noted how great Yvonne was with post-purchase communications. I was planning to propose on our recent vacation and was anxious if the ring was going to be finished in time (they got it done a week earlier than scheduled!). I highly suggest Adlers Jewelers! From the start, Christine took great care of my fiancee and I when we went to "look" at engagement rings! She provided her honest opinion and helped me when I was being indecisive. The engagement ring they made for me was absolutely gorgeous and everything I ever wanted and more. This is my favorite place in the world! Christine is absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable with my fiancé and I when we went to select an engagement ring. This place is hands down the best jeweler to go to in Northern New Jersey. I had Mike one of the sales associates help me and my now fiancée choose an engagement ring last year. We were from out of town so we didn’t know what to expect, but it was well worth the long drive. I think we ended up spending almost four hours there the first time looking at various rings - we even looked at diamonds as well. Mike was super helpful and respectful. He listened to us and let the product speak for itself. He wasn’t pushy at all. Mike is very professional. I would highly recommend Adlers just because of Mike. As for the Jewelry store, it is an absolutely beautiful store. The inventory is extensive, so I’m sure you’ll find something you’ll love. My fiancée and I love Tacori rings and let me tell you - they have A LOT of rings to choose. They are a DIAMOND-RATED Tacori partner which is second only to Blue Diamond which is ultra rare. Think of this, the closest Tacori dealer in this region is in Long Island and that dealer is only platinum rated which is a tier below diamond - I’ve been to the jeweler in Mineola and they don’t have the inventory nor the professionalism like Mike from Adlers showed. As for the ring, WOW. Tacori knocked it out of the park when we ordered it, but obviously Adlers hooked us up with everything else including the diamond. The diamond buying experience in itself was something to behold. Don’t chance it by buying a diamond online thinking you’ll get a good deal (e.g blue nile and james allen) just humor yourself and look at what they have - seeing is believing and you’ll be happy knowing that what you see is what you’ll get. Definitely coming back here soon for both our wedding rings.

Impeccable Service is what you can expect to receive at Adlers Jewelers in Westfield. Based off a few recommendations from friends (from different friend groups) my now fiancée and I went to Adler's to simply browse for an engagement ring. I had done some research online for pricing, as well as the typical 4 C's of diamond research, as well as had done some shopping around at other jewelers (specifically the Diamond District in NYC). However, right from the get-go, I never felt pressured to make a decision or to rush into purchasing anything when I walked into Adler's. We were greeted on a weekend afternoon with some delicious light refreshments & treats before we met with our jeweler, Andy. Andy was the absolute best jeweler I could ever ask for when it came to discussing this big purchase. As I had mentioned before, I never felt the typical "salesman" pressure that I experienced at other jewelers, it was just a very honest and open conversation about the ring and the MANY questions I had for him. He worked hard to find us diamonds that fit within my perfect diamond criteria as well as my price range, and even helped special order a particular band we loved in a different color for our next appointment. Andy was very transparent about giving his contact # so that I could easily text him at any time which made for effortless communication, even when I was going to pop in suddenly on a particular day. He was professional, patient, and discrete at all the right times to make our purchase go as smooth as possible. From one phone call and a subsequent visit I was impressed by how Adlers treats their potential customers, even ones like myself who don’t know much about the jewelry at all and who wanted to come in and check ring sizing (which I mentioned up front over the phone).
