Chase Bank E Broad St, Westfield

On Friday I went to this branch to open up a savings account and deposit a check. There was no one available to help and I was told I would have to make an appointment. Fine. A teller made an appointment for me for the following day at noon and was told the name of the person I would be working with. When I arrived Saturday for my appointment the person I had been assigned to was not even working and once again no was available. All they said was they didn’t know why I was assigned to that person and did not offer an apology or a solution. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a bank and I’ll gladly be taking my business somewhere else.

Very unresponsive location, rarely if ever answers the phone. Hard to set up a face to face meeting . No matter what amount of money you have invested at this location it will not change the service or the urgency.

Very rude people. Does not treat clients nicely. I have been to other locations and they are great.

Nancy assisted with opening a teen account for my son. She spent a lot of time with us, walking us through each step and explained everything thoroughly to my son.

Never answer their phone and when they do, no ones responds to messages left

I experienced fantastic customer service today, 10/26/2021, at this branch. Camilo Gomez assisted me in opening up a new account. He was creative and aggressive in putting me in the best position possible to make my money grow. He thought outside-the-box and efficiently answered all of my questions. In addition, the teller Chloe was probably the hardest working teller I've seen in 30 years of banking. I thought she had 4 arms and 3 legs she was working so hard today. Give that girl a raise Chase Bank!!

Spoiler alert: they don't want your business. Wanted to open an account, but you need an appointment. They don't have appointments available, so just go somewhere else. Nasty uninterested staff.

Scheduled an appointment with Lynn, mortgage advisor, over the phone. When arrived on appointed time I did learn that she is not even in that location on that day. Was offered to go to another branch later..... Unprofessional. My time and trust got lost.

Called 5x over the course of 2 hours, finally on the 5th try someone answered. I simply wanted to confirm their hours of operation; they don’t even have a voicemail which indicates what that would be.

Serious customer service issues here , only one banker , had an emergency but the only one was occupied , just terrible branch .
