Adam Speth is a rockstar and his customer service is stellar! The market is crazy competitive and my wife and I were first time homebuyers and using a VA loan so we knew we were facing a losing battle. When we met Adam we told him what we wanted and gave him a price range and he was relentless to help us find something we desired and a great place we could call home. From start to finish, no matter day or night, he made us feel like we were his only clients. We owe him a lot for helping us find a great home and making the process super easy. Recommend you talk to him if you want a true professional who knows what he’s doing and not trying to screw you over.

I have never worked with people that are more committed to helping others and helping each other to succeed. Being in the real estate industry for a number of years now I've come across many brokerages and people and this brokerage tops them all! Always fighting politics to protect homeowners. Always looking for ways to increase customer services. Truly looking out for others!

I would not recommend these guys to anyone. They aren't looking out for their clients in the selling process. They didn't give an option of what title company to work with. You use one of their brothers company and pay a lot in title fees that wasn't necessary.

    Response from the owner

Bryson, It’s unfortunate you feel the title fees were excessive. We welcome the opportunity to review the fees you paid in comparison to the title company of your choice.

Adam Speth is a CROOK! We bought a house from him a year ago.. he bragged about how he did the remodel.. Well our walls have been peeling literally by themselves and we haven’t understood why.. well we finally got the money to have someone come inspect the house he “Remodeled”... our home. Well Adam Speth put plaster over wall paper and then painted over it with the cheapest flat paint he could get his greedy hands on. He didn’t do this remodel to benefit anyone but him self.. he is a greedy person. We now as a young family have to fork out thousands of dollars right before the holidays, on top of that We are expecting and trying to prepare for our second child.. we have to demo our ENTIRE home.. and put completely new dry wall and paint through out our entire home. He doesn’t deserve his job.. who knows how many homes and innocent families he has done this too.

    Response from the owner

Lexie, I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your new home. As you know RE/MAX Associates is not a construction company and does not remodel homes. Adam hires contractors to do the work, and I'm sure he is unaware of the issues. I would like to see if I can help by discussing this with yourself, your Realtor, your home inspector, the paint contractor and of course Adam to see if we can find a solution to help resolve these issues. Please let us know the best way to contact you. Ron Snow Principal Broker RE/MAX Associates

Jarold Ivie and Rodger Jessop are crooks. They blatantly misrepresented a property by re-listing it for sale on the MLS when I had it under contract. Also, their client is currently in litigation because they did not properly stress the importance of Seller's Disclosures deadlines and their client (seller) defaulted on the contract. So...I guess if you want to get sued, use Ivie and Jessop. BTW, they refuse to mediate. Classy guys.
