The staff at Cottonwood is I think the best I have ever encountered with a purchase in any of my dealings in the past. They are very courteous, kind and very knowledgeable. They made the process to Finnish my purchase so easy that I couldn’t believe my eyes. I would highly recommend them!

Review by Josh S. Went there to close on my new house, went great. Asked for my keys and they said the check has to clear before they can hand them over, meanwhile I had movers finishing up moving my stuff into my home, no big deal. Went to my credit union and got the wire done and proof that it was posted. Returned to cottonwood title with the proof. Showed the gal and she said yes it’s in our account but we need to wait even longer for the docs to be finished and said I can’t get the keys yet. It’s been over a week and a half now and nobody has gotten ahold of me to give me my keys. *EDIT* While initially frustrated with cottonwood title, they did make up for it. They sent a nice lady to deliver my keys directly to my home, along with a nice gift. I am thankful for companies that make good like that. Would recommend!

I have bought a number of homes and I have never had such a good experience with a title company. They were professional, patient, and super willing to explain things and answer any little question I had. Working with them was a great experience and I couldn't recommend them more highly!

This is my first time using Cottonwood Title, but I highly recommend them. They were less expensive than the title company I used last time, and I felt way more confident leaving their office this time that I knew exactly what was going on. Laura was great to answer any questions and didn't just want to just rush me through even though they are really busy. I had a great experience with them!

They have awesome pens to sign all your documents with and they are extremely professional and friendly.

Krista was amazing to work with!! Very fun to be around and made sure to go through everything. Also the biggest reason we enjoyed working with her and Cottonwood was the service after our loan processed. Unlike most places that walk away after getting "the sell" or deal done, Krista helped work though some changes after our loan closed like we were a brand new customer. They waited way past closing to make sure we got our papers signed before the end of the night so we didn't lose the home we were purchasing. They made sure to walk us through everything we were signing since we are first time home buyers. I couldn't be happier with the service we received.
