Service staff was incredible! They diagnosed the problem right away. They assist me in making sure it’s covered warranty (i now believe that Mitsubishi has the best car warranty) and fixed my car efficiently and provided excellent care with my car. We were in the waiting area waiting on our car when we heard a what sounded like people yelling. My husband walked around the showroom just to see what was happening. The loan officer or whoever sits up behind the big glass window was yelling at some woman because of her car. He couldn’t tell what kind it was but he heard them say it was brand new and the service guys were talking about it where we could hear after she left. I felt bad for the guy in service and for her. She was clearly upset as she left in tears. I had considered trading my old beater for a new one but after hearing the way he spoke to her, I think I’ll go somewhere else. Honestly it was really upsetting. My kids were there with us. A+ to service as always but F to whoever he was.

Had an issue with my outlander. The service rep lee was very courteous. Showed me where things were such as restrooms and coffee. The place was spotless and fixed my problem very fast. Was in and out on under 30 mins.

My brand new vehicle has had problems since I bought it. They just keep making excuses. I've complained to Mitsubishi Customer Complaint department and tried to speak with owner of dealership and even emailed owner. No response. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely amazing! After totaling my car they walked me through the process to getting that car taken car of so I could get a new car. They literally broke brown what I needed and needed to do to get it done. RC Hill Ocala never disappoints. Staff are great and communicate effectively. They always do a great job. Jake in service is always professional and helpful. They make sure our family is safe on the road and that's most important! This is the only place we will take our cars.

I will just say the staff from door to door here was amazing. I was frustrated this morning because I was sick and late, that didn't seem to matter with this crew, their hospitality was above standard. It was quick and easy coffee and smiles plus a car wash. You just don't find that type of personal professional hospitality anymore and I was very well pleased.. when you're going to recall for my 2016 outlander for the rear brakes but to my surprise the hospitality was over and above normal thanks guys. Albert Carter if I new how to give you a 10 I would give your attitude , patients and hospitality a 11.5.

Great overall experience and found a variety of affordable cars in their lot. Your finance guy was rude and disrespectful. He made it a horrible experience. We notified the management at the time of purchase. The finance guy is friends with the owner so he’s apparently allowed to be rude to the customers. Very awesome experience, made the appointment same day and advisor was very welcoming and explained everything with detail. I was hoping for a really long wait and bad experience as I have had at the Gainesville location but this one was a great turn around ! I wish I knew sooner that this place was so good! Quick , easy and efficient! They also offer a payment plan for services provided called sun bit and it is a huge relief , car maintance can get real expensive real quick! Will definitely come back !!
