TD Bank Reviews
E
I came in with a complicated request. Yareli was amazing. Neither her or the manager was familiar with what I needed but that did not stop her. She made multiple phone calls and figured out how to help me despite a line forming behind me. She did not even act like I was inconvenient her even though I know I was. She was extremely helpful and pleasant the whole time and in the end she was able to help me with everything I needed. Definitely a great experience

If you like not having your money available its a great bank for that. If you want week long holds on all your paychecks so you have no money every week they have you covered.

They do not even deserve a star. They are the worst bank that I have ever had. They charged me 500 in fees because they said I overdrew my account a couple times. They would not refund me money. I will be switching banks. I highly recommend not to use them !!
B
Great bank, opens longer than any other bank.

Open seven days a week, hours are very convenient, staff is hardworking and friendly, fees are reasonable. What more could you ask for in a bank? ☺️
A
Greatest service ever. Ms Pocelli and Maria manage this place to be friendly and convenient.

***Read the bad reviews. Most aren’t logical*** This Bank is one of the few left that actually help people. (Hence why they have fewer locations. They don’t rip people off.) Claudia keep doing what you’re doing. We will always come back to speak with you personally. Thank you for your help and guidance.

Extremely inconvenient bank. Not many locations. Every ATM that I’ve came across for them always is having an issue. Rather it won’t take cash or it can’t accept checks or there are missing cables. Stray away unless you just want a savings account that you only access to deposit.

I feel like if there is only one TD Bank in every 50 miles or so the ATMs should at least do $10 increments. Not to mention they charge an outrageous fee when you don't go to their ATM! The ATM machine at the bank that I use in my town is down quite often so that means I've got to pay the fees to be able to get my own money which I think is ridiculous!

Trying to cash a check from this bank and because I don’t have account with them they want to charge a fee of $10 they only have one branch on the hold city, bad bank never making Business whit you.
