David is always excellent. From the calm vibe he has to his willingness to explain everything but not more than you need, he is really a pleasure to work with. He took the time to show up to my closing and walk through the entire process with me, something that not many loan officers would do. You can see David's commitment to fast closing and accurate numbers through all of his actions.

Fabian has worked with us every single step of the way to get us in our new home. We started out on a referral to him to see what it would take to get our (very low)credit scores up to where they needed to be, we followed all his advise and in less than 9 months we were into a New home ! Do Not Do a FHA loan with this company!!! Tiffany was great and worked very hard but the rest did nothing. They waited til the week before closing to get the appraisal. They pushed back closing 3 times. Then they proceeded to tell me 1 item at a time that needed to be fixed to be approved by FHA. The seller was out of state. If I wanted to close next week I would have to pay for it. If they told me all of the things that didn’t meet I could have saved myself $2,000. They destroyed my credit by telling me to pay off my car. My credit crashed 27 points. They left me with my entire house packed & ready to move with no place to move to, $2,000 down the drain & a credit score that took months to recover. This company needs to redo its process! Know if house is FHA approved before making anyone jump through hoops. If you are doing a conventional loan, your experience may be completely different.
