My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Deland’s RC Hill Mitsubishi, this was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Matt was friendly, upfront and knowledgeable. He was able to listen to our situation and and find us a car that the bank would approve us for. We recently had a lot of set backs / losses due to Covid . We came in feeling defeated and was ready to have our time wasted and be dismissed once they ran our credit. This is the total opposite of what happened. They were all so nice and incredibly respectful to us. Even the manager came over and spoke to us and stated that they were going to do everything they could to help us. Within (((Minutes))) they had an approval and had us in a new truck ready to go within 2 hrs of arrival. If you have ever purchased a vehicle, you know that is incredibly fast. Not only did we get the best interest rate we have ever had we didn’t even have to break the bank with a large down payment. I can’t wait to rebuild our credit so in the future we can purchase another vehicle from them. Matthew was the sales representative that helped me. He was very pleasant very helpful and very knowledgeable of the vehicle that I had picked out which was a mirage 2022 G4. Before I left a lot he started explaining to me the Bluetooth situation what little bit he did get to explain and told me that he would be in contact with me in a couple of days to see how things were going and to see how I was liking the vehicle. This was my first time here and first dealer service away from my home one, Daytona Mitsubishi. The staff was very attentive and helpful and although I didn't get what I had originally sought, I got the net result I wanted and best of all was not charged! I've tried two Mitsubishi dealerships one is 200 ft from my front door in longwood and the other is RC Hill in DeLand which is about 35 min drive. I will only go to RC hill for now on. They honor their appointment time and get things done faster than estimated and they don't throw a bunch of hidden fees on you. Everyone in the service department from making an appointment over the phone to cashing out are amazing workers and very informative on any change in progress. (Usually done faster than estimated). Buying a car is usually a dreaded experience for me, i'm sure it is for many. Yesterday was the exception though, Robert helped me pick a car suitable for needs, didn't try to push something more expensive, didn't try to get money out of me, he just asked me what I was looking for and why, showed me what he thought was best and that's it, all through casual conversation and a welcoming vibe. Just purchased our 3rd Outlander with RC Hill and we were treated like family. I am in love with my car! Keven Garcias and the rest of the RC Hill team took good care of us. These are reliable vehicles and this is a reliable dealership.

So a week ago to be exact purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Spark from RC hill Mitsubishi. The process was pretty easy applied and got approved and I was super happy of course because my credit is not good at all but Keven was very helpful throughout the process. I live in Auburndale so my ride to Deland was 2 hours away took a Lyft to test drive the car and hopefully get everything processed that same day. Everything was going smoothly until we were ready to drive back home when the AC started to go out. It was working just fine but after we left it started messing up. This is the reason why I’m giving this review a 1 star because the car has an issue that we have to now go and take care of which is time consuming and we were not expecting this from a 2020 car with low miles on it so it was very disappointing. Also the finance manager didn’t even explain anything which was very confusing because I didn’t even know what my apr was going to be or when my first payment was due I had to ask all he wanted was for me to sign. Overall only good experience was my sales rep. We do like our car just wish things would’ve been handled differently when we let them know our AC wasn’t working and a little more customer service from our finance manager would have been greatly appreciated. I edited this review because I had to deal with more stress from the finance department calling me that I still needed to complete other things for my financing like really after 3 weeks later ugh 😑 the stress I had to deal with to get everything done

What started as I thought was a great experience with this dealer has quickly turned into a nightmare within 2 weeks. Now that they got their sale the lemon of a truck I bought is unsafe and a risk to my family's safety and other drivers on roadway. Multiple unanswered calls/texts emails and me wasting time to go in person as instructed (all while I don't have a drivable vehicle) only to be ran in circles and told there is no managers there. Nothing but excuses and careless employees. Why am I carless 2 weeks after buying a $60k vehicle why is the extended warranty I got pressured into buying not valid yet? Why am I now paying out of pocket for a rental car that supposed is covered under the $2000 extended warranty I paid for? I highly recommend going somewhere else because this place doesn't care!!! I've spoken to Jordan, Elliot and Eddie and nobody cares nor have they followed up today as promised. Such a joke

Let me start by saying I hate the process of going to a dealership because of the length of time it takes for the entire process of buying a car and the pressure from the salesman in buying a car or buying a more expensive car. Friday night when I came in I did not feel any of the pressure of buying a more expensive car. Danny and MJ listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle and let me make the choice that was best for me. I went in looking at the Outlander and ended up buying the Outlander Sport at no time did the pressure me into buying the more expensive Outlander but made sure I had what I was comfortable in, liked, and wanted. I will definitely be going back to RC Hill for my next vehicle and if Danny and MJ are still there then I will be dealing with them.

So had to go to the dealership to get oil change for my 2021 outlander and while I was there I mentioned a roughness with the brakes on deceleration so the mechanic diagnosed rotor cut, but the car only has 14,000 miles so I was a little caught off guard when the service writer told me it would cost 160 dollars for this to be done. So of course I was not in agreement since this is a car with very low mileage. So long story short in the most professional experience in a long time I spoke with the manager ( one of the best in the buisness) Christian Mazzoni and he said lets cut the rotors on our dime and make sure that that is the problem, so low and behold mechanic cut rotors, solved problem and one hell of a happy customer, so I tipped the mechanic for the proper diagnosis and I owe Christian a dinner. The point of this reveiw is just to show how well this dealership service department handles problems in the most proffessional and curteous matter and I personnally can not thank them enough

My husband called about a little more than a week ago to check for a Jeep that we saw online and were interested in. We went there the same day that he called and even tried to get a value for our trade-in before making any deal. I have to say, George Dix (sales agent) and Troy Stoops (sales manager) made everything happened. We got a really good value for our trade-in and we got the Jeep that we wanted. I highly recommend this dealership and these two persons that I mentioned. Just make sure to ask for George Dix if you are interested in a car. He really helped us out since the first call. Will never purchase from them again! Spent $220.00 on a wheel kit for Generator, got it home and had a defective part and when my husband barely turned the bolt it snapped and broke. The next day we asked to exchange it and was told no that Honda doesn't warranty this. We are now stuck with a useless wheel kit and out $220.00.

This survey is pointless. I gave all 10s out of sympathy for the workers. Less than 10 is not the end of the world. You'll never get an honest review with a policy like that. Getting between a 5 and a 9 is not the end of the world. A 1 - 5 shouldn't cost someone their job either. As someone who was once at the mercy of an unfair rating system I can not condone this. Let your employees do their jobs and don't be so beholden to needless surveys.

Purchased my 2012 Lancer GT brand new from Deland RC Hill and never had a problem with it for nearly 10 years. Only sold it because I no longer needed multiple cars. The selling experience was excellent and quick. Only took one hour from the time of driving into the lot to the time of leaving with check in hand. Robert Hill was friendly and great to work with giving me an excellent price exceeding my expectations.

RC Hill’s Service department never disappoints. Service manager Omar was great!! He was friendly and accommodating and totally explained my service process. Upon picking up my vehicle, he reviewed the repairs that were made, walked me around my PHEV and asked if everything was done my satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with Omar or the repairs that were made on my car. They even washed my car!!

I was greeted right away. They were very busy but they still brought my vehicle in right at my appointment time. For an oil change, transmission flush and a new battery it only took an hour and a half. Very quick, courteous service and my bill was just what I was quoted. Thanks for the exceptional service!

My old cars transmission went bad so I needed a new car ASAP. I originally contacted another dealership and they couldn’t help me due to an issue with one of the credit agencies. I reached out to RC and they assured me they could help. Brandi took my call and she was super nice. Then anthony was my sales rep. He was great! He answered all of my questions and helped me decide what was right for me. I never felt pressured to do anything, they always gave me advice and let me know and were 100% transparent. I went anticipating buying a 2022 Outlander. What a beautiful vehicle. Bert, the Sale-man, took time to show me all the features. The technology is absolutely amazing. BUT, after a test drive it felt to large for me. I asked about the Eclipse Cross, also another beautiful vehicle. I test drove it also. It fit me so much better. Lots of technology advances also but not overwhelming for me. He was gracious, considerate, and patient with me. The dealership gave me a great trade in price. I now own a candy apple red Eclipse. Rc Hill Mitsubishi was extremely busy Saturday morning , but they were so attentive . They took care of me right away. I was able to sit in the waiting area with my daughter comfortably. She had hot chocolate and I had a little coffee . The staff was very nice and they came every once in a while to let me know where I was at with my vehicle and timing. They fit me in that morning and I’m truly grateful . I was able to get my recall and oil change . I told them I would call to set up my next service . Matt was extremely diligent in working with getting our loan approved. Other’ dealerships didn’t want to take the time or put in the effort to get us approved because they knew it was going to be a challenge. But not the staff at RC Hill! It was like a family effort. We were approved and drove away in a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander! We haven’t had a brand new car in over 15 years. We are so happy and when everyone asks how many miles did it have? It’s nice to be able to say 10, that I put on when I did the test drive.

I requested that the front brakes on my car be checked. They were not and the pads are very thin. The last couple of times I have been there the care for the customer seems to have fallen off. I drive 75 miles each way t go to RC Hill because the service at the Jacksonville dealer sucks. Now I wonder if it's worth the drive now. I will try the local dealer to next.

MJ And the GM were amazing. I was in an out the door within 45 minutes. They had everything perfectly prepared for me and their team worked together to get me signed and locked in with no time wasted! The business manager was also awesome as he had everything that needed to be signed laid out and 100% ready with the signature lines highlighted. R.C. Hill Mitsubishi of Deland is the best dealership, hands down, no question, no arguments necessary. I don't go anywhere else when it comes to vehicle purchases. We purchased our first vehicle in 2017 and have never looked elsewhere ever since. The sales staff don't pressure you like other dealerships, the management are always transparent and will never b.s. you, and the service department does everything in their power to make sure your vehicle looks and sounds like it rolled off the assembly line. I will NEVER go to any other dealership, even if we move out of the state. I wish I had more stars to give them!

Decent selection of cars and price ranges, honest salesmen, a little pressure but will back down if you know what you want. The one thing that kept them from earning a five was that they played religious music in the showroom. Not everybody is the same religion and I didn't come to be witnessed to while I was buying a car. MJ was very friendly and professional.

We love our ‘2yr old Mitsubishi. We’ve been mostly happy with RC Hill, minus some minor headaches and annoyances. When we bought our vehicle, we also purchased the VIP plan to make sure it could be cared for at the dealership properly. We figured this would ensure us long & trouble free service. Unfortunately, the last few trips have been constant pushes off upsales and items not needed. We never told them that our family consists of a long line of car salesman, mechanics and absolute “motor heads”, so it’s been interesting to hear some of the dealership’s claims and excuses. During our most recent trip, we were recommended to install a new timing set. Granted, the vehicle gained significant mileage in two years, but it was highway mileage and still below the manufacturer stated mileage for recommended replacement. The salesperson explained the need and had me (a female) nearly convinced to buy. I called my uncle, the 30+ yr mechanic, and he said “No”’ there was no reason for it to be replaced early. I then told the service department the same. They said they still recommended it but understood. I told them I would later have my uncle inspect it for me and if needed I would return to get dealership for the replacement of the belt. Later, I was told i the timing set was inspected by your mechanic and found to be “fine” and not in need of replacement at this time. Instead, I was now told I should replace my serpentine belt and all the vehicles filters, which were later observed by my own uncle, again a 30+ year ASE Mechanic. He said they were found to be “fine”. I love my car. I have been, for the most part, very happy with the dealership. I just don’t understand why there is a constant bombardment of upsales and odd ball requests to replace items not needed. I understand the economy is terrible and everyone needs more money, but I not only bought the car, but purchased the VIP service/maintenance package too. I also continued to use your service there and had planned on looking for another Outlander there possibly as early as this fall. Probably still will, but now I will also look at other manufacturers now too. The sales staff at RC Hill is always polite, but they want to win my business back. I I nitially thought the service department was wonderful when I first bought my Mitsubishi. Then a couple of things happened, which I felt were unscrupulous and I received attitude from the service department regarding. This stems from items recommended to me that weren’t needed to services that they wouldn’t perform under the warranty and VIP package. Eventually, it cost me money out of pocket and some headache, but I continued to use the service there, figuring they were “quirks”. The service department has been decent, but the constant parts sales push is annoying. The lack of performing requested/VIP services….. that’s concerning. It’s an easy fix though, there Service department needs to honor the VIP packages and perform all services when asked. If they feel that the service isn’t needed, advise the customer and at least update the computer system to reflect, so Carfax does too. Hey, RC Hill, we love our vehicle, we have remained your loyal customers, despite some hiccups and not so positive personal expenses. However, in the worst economy most of us adults have ever experienced, which obviously is due to many many many many many many many constant failures at the top, we still planned on eventually making another large purchase through you. However, we buyers don’t need a constant push for upselling items that aren’t needed. Due to our failures in charge, all of us have enough financial burden to deal with. From now on, keep it simple…..replace only what needs replacement, offer only what’s needed. Follow the scheduled recommended maintenance. Honor the packages sold with the vehicles and perform all services listed in those packages. You’ll then continue to win over customers that way. You are a nice dealership., your only notable flaws are those mentioned.

Recently shopped around for a new vehicle.. RC Hill in Deland was my first stop.. I came across Keven, who showed me a vehicle at a great price with low miles.. Keven was friendly, respectful and courteous the entire time. I decided to shop around a bit more just to see what else was out there. Although I liked some of the other cars slightly better, the salesmen at other dealers were way too pushy and arrogant, each time!! My first Mitsubishi was a Diamante, since then I purchased 3 outlanders and encouraged my sons to buy 2 more; however, although I always service my vehicles at RC Hill in Deland because I like the service there, I have NEVER bought my vehicles there, as on EVERY occasion when I visited to purchase a vehicle I found the sales people obnoxious and condescending. So although I would service my vehicles there I would not buy there.

Well just purchased my second vehicle here at RC Hill and they still have the same great service! They are still better that all the rest! Well, we all hear how every dealership is different and better than all the rest and I can honestly say that my experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi was just that! I actually hate car shopping but I enjoyed my experience there. I was extremely comfortable the entire time, even when my Sales Person was busy helping other customers and another Sales Person stepped in with the same level of knowledge and assurance. I loved that all the sales people I talked to even the Accountant had first hand experience with the vehicle that I was buying. I love this car. Called for a battery test as I had a jump to get started. Told to come up, advisor came out as soon as I pulled in, tested the battery, replaced under partial warranty and told me they corrected the recall with the seat belts as well! Very pleased!

Excellent dealership we have bought a few cars in the past years and they are exceptional to do business with we have been so lucky to have Matthew Yeisley as our sales consultant, he really does a great job both with answering all the questions you have and is very quick and clear on all the paperwork you have when buing a car. 6/27/22 These guys are the greatest. Went in because of a flat tire and time for oil change. Giovani (hope I spelled that right) was very polite and professional! I went in told him what was needed and left the car there. New tire, oil change and wash vac and wiped down. Got a call not even 3 hours later car is good to go! Great job to all of you! Thank you!! We had an appointment and ended up seeing Matt. We told him what we were looking for and we test drove the Outlander Sport. He gave us a quote before he actually ran our credit. The quote he gave us was within 30.00. Everyone was great there all of the RC Hill in Deland team from when I called and talked to Brandi, dealing with Matt and his manager and Eddie the finance guy! I would definitely recommend stopping in if your looking for a brand new car! We walked out of there with a 2021 Outlander Sport and in 2 hours. Stress free! Thank you all!

Purely enjoyable to set an appointment to “save time” as their Text message to me said.. I explained over the phone that I’m driving from an hour away; texted halfway there to confirm. I arrived on the lot to stand there for the salesman who I will be nice and call E.T. To come out and tell me I can go wait for anyone else because they are commission free, so just deal with anyone, nice to value my business. First guy comes up to me, he was nice, explained they are under staffed, and they don’t have the cars anymore that I came to see. I stated it would have been nice 30 minutes earlier when I texted my confirmation to know that, as I would have just turned around and went back home. Overall even looking around the dealership my opinion was spoiled and I won’t recommend or come back. Even if they would have had something else at a great price my opinion is so low I would have passed.

Considering the current climate in buying a vehicle, this was the last thing I wanted to assist my daughter in doing. She knew exactly what she wanted which was a Mitsubishi outlander in the color white. This is a smaller dealership but don’t let that deceive you, they are very high on customer service and don’t give you the typical car salesman type of lingo. The salesman Matt was great to deal with and beyond professional. Her deal was pretty much consummated online prior to even setting foot in the dealership. And everything that was discussed was backed up with no deceit or flip-flopping on the numbers agreed to. If you are seeking a Mitsubishi this is the place to go, and Matt is your go to sales guy. Five stars all the way through

The staff was wonderful and helpful especially Eddie, financial manager, and John, sales consultant. They explain all the cost and offers very clearly without forcing you to choose. I recommended this dealership especially John.

Our second car buying experience at RC Hill was even was great! John helped us find exactly what we wanted in our new Outlander. Eddie was very helpful with the financing. It's been 5 days and the follow-up has been fantastic! We will be back when we need a new car again!

We just bought our daughter a 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage. Robert Dean made the process so easy. We were done in 30 minutes, because he did all the pre-paperwork. We appreciated Bert's professionalism and friendliness.

Went to get an axel and tire change and literally 2minutes done the road screen started smoking and speakers blew? I thought I went there to fix my car but came out with a different problem and after writing a review explaining what happend 15 mins later they call my back and told me not to ever come back like I was going to come back after what they did I bought a car from them and always went to them but every time I go there my car always comes out with a problem and they never take blame I recommend going to another dealer

We have bought 8 vehicles from this dealership and are a very satisfied customer. There is never no pressure and the staff is very excellent and knowledgeable. The service department is also great and they treat customers very well and are timely and efficient.

I'm a first-time car buyer and my experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi was phenomenal from the time I got out of my rental car to the time in my new 2022 Eclipse Cross limited. The Sales Consultant John Scire was awesome. I was so nervous(being a first-time car buyer) John made me feel comfortable during the whole process. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car just pure guidance. Then when it came to financial time, Eddie Santiago was my financial consultant. He explained every little detail and made sure I understood my loan and also made sure my car was taking care of.
