I’ve been a customer with StateFarm for years now (former triple letter agency customer) on a whim called to see if they could lower my rates. Not only did Ray Scott lower my rates by over 1/2 but he maxed out my coverage!!! I moved every product available over to them. As a faithful and loyal customer to my previous insurance company of 23 years, I was hesitant to leave them. However, after price increases with less and less coverage I was ready. Ray traveled 25 miles to my home and went through copies of my coverage statements. He went line by line and explained the differences and showed me where I was lacking. I bundled home and auto and added an umbrella policy. My total was noticeably less and I saved over a thousand dollars on my auto alone which is shocking because I have a teenage driver. Ray was extremely responsive, professional, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. Comparing quotes is a chore, but with Ray he made the process easy and beat all the others. Bought a car on Saturday and had to wait till Monday to get the insurance. Monday morning 9:15am I was already contacted by Ricky and we set up my insurance very quickly. Ricky also made a few suggestions that ended up lowering my price. It's the second car I insure with State Farm, with the same agent, and both times I got unbeatable rates and service. From time to time I keep getting those emails/letters "we can lower your auto insurance", and from time to time I respond with "let's see what you got" - but when they hear what I pay for state farm they immediately say they can't go that low... I also have a renters insurance with State Farm, so that helps too. Great Service.

My bill went up by $90. I called to speak with someone at Ray Scott's office to discuss the increase. I am a very safe driver. I have a spotless driving record. It's sickening these folks are trained to try to rope you in to buying other insurance to have a multi policy discount. I've been a loyal State Farm customer since I started driving in 1992. My parents were loyal State Farm customers before that also purchasing their home insurance with them. We were with Mark Cunningham for many, many years. Since he retired I was transferred to Ray Scott's office in Dallas. The lady I spoke with at Ray Scott's office essentially tried to justify the increase by explaining claims have gone up so the expense is passed on to all customers. That is a heck of a way to treat a customer that has faithfully given you business for close to 3 decades. Give longtime customers the discounts they deserve without upselling them to buy additional policies.

After many years of neglect from my previous agency, I contacted Ray Scott's agency. Their quick responses, thorough communication, and taking initiative to go over all of our policies to adjust them to our current needs was such a breath of fresh air! Vivica went through our policies with me, showing me where we could save money and where we should consider increasing coverage (having just bought a house). I have been insured with State Farm (auto insurance) since 1976. When I moved to Dallas in 2018 I located the Ray Scott Agency. They have been excellent in assisting with maintaining and even improving coverages and lowering my premiums. Just this week, Justin from the Ray Scott called and went through my current policy and suggested some cost savings and coverage additions I should consider now that I have retired. I have found the Ray Scott agency to be very service-oriented and willing to assist with any concerns that may come along during your coverage period. HUGE mistake going with this insurance company!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. They have screwed up my auto policy every which way from the very beginning. Incompetence at every level dealing with these people and definitely do NOT recommend them. Can't wait to fire this company and get a new insurance provider!! I just wanna say I was blown away by how amazing Karen Gonzalez was! I recently switched my coverage to Ray Scott State Farm after spending way too long, spending WAY too much with another insurance provider. Trying to navigate insurance is always confusing, and Karen helped me TREMENDOUSLY to understand exactly how I’m covered and most importantly how much it was going to cost. She’s literally saving me $130 A MONTH! In addition to the much lower rate, it was so nice to talk to a friendly voice that is local. My experience was far more personal than just being connected to a call center in an undisclosed location. I’m comforted to know if I have any issues or accidents, Karen and the team are right there. I know it sounds cheesy, but it puts me at ease and I’m SO grateful to her for making me feel that way! If you’re reading this review and are on the fence about your decision, DO IT.

Overall, Ray Scott insurance is FANTASTIC. I have 4 vehicles and 2 mortgage insurances under them and I cannot be more happy with their service. Customer service is important to me. Ricky has been my go to person if Ray is not available.
