This is the second time we have done business with Academy Mortgage and it was just as excellent as the first. The outstanding team delivers support and outstanding customer service throughout the entire process; bringing us peace of mind from beginning to end, and setting the standard high for the competition.

If I could give this company negative stars I'd give them -100. I have been unsuccessful in getting a $1600.00 payment returned, which they said 1) they never received, 2) they never cashed, and 3) I never had an account with them. They sold my mortgage to another lender - so I obviously had an account with them, I provided proof - a copy from my credit union - of the check they cashed with my account number on the check, and now they have ghosted me. No response when I e-mail, and put on hold when I call. Next step is court, a claim with the Better Business Bureau in each state they do business in, a Claim with the Attny General in each state they do business in, and so on. This company stinks as far as customer service goes.
