America's Credit Union N Central Expy, Dallas

My family has had GO for a while. We've been banking with them since it used to be named 'Dallas Telco'. Their customer service is always great and the reps are always very helpful. The only reason why I give them 4 stars is because the hold times to speak to a rep through phone is always at least 10 minutes. Without fail, there is always always a long wait time. Besides that though, they are great.

I bought my truck and financed it with them. Never late never gave them hassle . In April I paid twice and gave them a pay off in June . Today accessed my account to find a late Penalty and interest charge . When I called and talked to Anna to get a pay off and tell I would never come back , rather resolve and waive 47 dollars I was givin a pay off good till mid month. I'll let you make your own choice but mine is GONE! Go federal you lost a supreme customer today .

Worst bank ever. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, nobody answers the phones and when they do they give you the run around and transfers your calls to other employees that don’t pick up.

Go Federal Credit Union, is our go to bank. Mrs. Sheria , Mr. John and Mrs. Jessie really care about the customers. They really took their time, explaining everything and making sure, I was taken care of.

GO FKU didn't do a very good job answering my questions, and the answers i got i didnt like such as one percent interest on a CD. The guy has his own corner office and couldn't answer basic questions, such as what kind of micro chip is in my card and what its purpose is. But it is an account to put money in. Wow what an advantage. Give someone else your money and get nothing for it. Kind of like getting married.

I have been with Go Federal Credit Union for a few years and I absolutely love them. More specifically I love Tammy DelaCerda- she is the most incredible loan officer I’ve ever known! Caring about every single detail and your family as a whole.

My wife and I have been members for a number of years now. Having prior decades of experience dealing with the banking industry, GO Federal Credit Union has been a great refuge from the "banksters". For those of you who do not understand the concept: The "Banksters" work for the shareholder, while credit unions work for the member....that's you. So they are beholden to you, the member. The banking industry doesn't give a rat's (you know what) about the normal person banking with them. Yes they're customer service isn't always perfect. Some of us, myself included, are not always at our best when we call them about information or a problem, and they've always handled my bad attitude with professionalism. My overall experience with their customer service is still much better than the banking industry....

Jessie is the worst ever, and every time you call and try to talk to someone you can’t get with anyone and leave nothing but unreturned voicemails. DO NOT GO WITH THIS BANK, EVER.

Customer service is very rude. They talk over you, yell, and will hang up on you when you mid sentence. I have never been so disappointed in a business. Stay away from them at all costs. Go with a different credit union.

GO FCU is the best. Learned of this credit union through a friend. Opened an account...easy peasy. Swell bunch of folks....
