Ratified Title Group was great to work with on our recent purchase. We worked with Wing and she was so very good in every aspect. We came to the table (closing) having looked over everything and getting all of our questions answered beforehand. Wing was patient, caring and understanding and made sure we were comfortable and understood all the numbers. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again, although I plan on this being our last home purchase! (smile)

Everyone involved at Ratified responded quickly and knowledgeably. Everything moved along swiftly and we were always kept aprised of any updates. Great experience and prices were competitive. I would not hesitate to use Ratified again.

Ratified Title Group has as one of their employees a woman who has not only made personal remarks about an employees back injury but has conducted her own smear campaign against a great business because her dog had a small cut. I wouldn't recommend a business that hires this kind of individual that claims to do business development for you. How can you trust a Title company when their employees are lodging personal attacks against someone who is ill?

John Wood from the Ratified Title Group and Alfonso Torres from Preview Home were a pleasure to work with. Both provided top notch customer service. My husband and I were very pleased with their transparency regarding the buying and closing process from beginning to end. It was "All Hands on Deck" to expedite a time sensitive processing of a Closing on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Ratified Owner John Wood was extremely professional and explained each document as I signed and dated for my Mortgage Refinance. I was honestly shocked to see the owner at my closing but it shows the dedication he has for his company.
