It was a very simple, easy and painless experience. I saw the ad on TV and we decided to use House Buyers of America. We wanted to move quickly because we didn't have the time to wait, so the best option for us was to sell it right away instead of using a Realtor. House Buyers gave us the timeline that we needed. The title company was very easy to work with. The staff did an outstanding job and I would definitely recommend House Buyers to my friends and family and co-workers.

It was very satisfying to sell my house to House Buyers of America. It didn’t cost me anything and it was pretty smooth – everyone was very helpful – process was seamless. This was the first time I had ever wanted to go thru this type of process – without using a realtor. They eliminated the headache of me having to make repairs or clean everything up for people to walk thru to buy. I told them what I wanted for my house – and we met on common ground – and that’s where we stayed. They were transparent throughout the process, which you don’t see much these days anymore. Everything they said went exactly the way they said it would. They gave me time to do what I needed to do on my end. Matt Nunez was really amazing – he was very very polite and understanding. Even offered to help me move some things around during the move out process. I had hurt my back around settlement time which didn’t help me any, but his offer was very kind. Closing was about 1 hr long process and then we were done! Even after settlement we got a follow-up call, I brought an issue up and they took care of it right away. I’ve referred them out to 3-4 people already. They offer a $1000 bonus if, as a seller, I help find them other sellers. Never thought I make MORE money! But seriously, this transaction couldn’t have gone any smoother.

The entire experience was Excellent! I loved that there were different options with House Buyers on how to sell to them; leave stuff behind, don’t leave stuff behind, buy now, buy later etc It was great! When I had a question, no matter who I called, they got right back to me. We had worked with realtors in the past but when we bought another home – we needed to sell ours right away. And that’s exactly what happened. There were so many good things about the process – the speed, electronic paperwork signing, but above all, the people were the best part. You can’t be a good company and perform the way you do without people. They did a great job!

Working with House Buyers of America was very easy and to the point! I received a phone call within 15 minutes of making our offer. It was July 3rd and disposition consultant responded even with it being a holiday weekend. We had a quick turnaround time, they made sure title was clear and that we closed on time. The negotiation process was very straightforward made conversations with my client quick and simple.

House Buyers of America was very accommodating when they purchased my condominium. There was no pressure and they worked with my timeline for closing. I moved within my building to another unit so coordinating my move was important to me. There were title issues and House Buyers filled out a couple of forms and made the process easy. If I had sold the condo to a buyer myself, it would have taken longer and I would have had to wait for escrow, the buyer’s loan approval and could have taken months before actual settlement and I would have had to accommodate a buyer’s schedule. The process was fast and less hassle for me

They were the most patient people I have ever met. I scheduled them for a payoff then the apartment I wanted fell through. Do you know these guys we’re willing to take whatever time I needed to find another place. I didn’t have to worry about losing my home and when everything was ready the notarizing and the signing over the house took one day. I love these guys.

Laughably low offer in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. I would not waste my time with a quote from this company unless you enjoy selling your home for an order of magnitude lower than market value. Edit: The house winded up selling for 100k over this company’s asking price. Seller beware.
