I received something in the mail from Mable Loans and decided to give them a call and I'm glad I did. I had been shopping my refinance around and they provided me with several options. I worked with Gerald to lock in my rate. The upload of documents was incredibly easy and they didn't ask for anything unnecessary. I was incredible impressed by the responsiveness of everyone I dealt with. Eric was incredibly prompt and knowledgeable about any question I had. I closed in less than 4 weeks from when I started the process. The notary came to my house after my child was asleep which made it very easy for my wife and I to finalize the documents.
