I applied for a personal loan and received the monthly payment amount from my loan officer in writing. When I get to the branch to pick up my check they said my payment is double what I was quoted and they did nothing to remedy the situation for me. I asked to speak with a manager and they gave me a number and email to call someone on Monday. Is this the great customer service the say that they have? This is predatory lending at it's finest. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Had a car loan with this company and I will truly never, ever do business with them again. Horrid customer service. Antiquated tech platforms. So incredibly frustrating to deal with. I genuinely believe the "customer service" department does not care, even slightly, about solving problems and helping customers.

NWFCU has the worst customer service. Their reps do not know what the process are and never return phone calls. I was fraudulent stolen $100,000 on my Money market account in two days, and not only I never received a text, call or email alerting of the "odd" activity in the account since I didn't transfer or withdraw any money from the account. When I went to the branch shaking of panic of my savings money being stolen through their online banking. They told me they will take care of it and submitted the issue to the Fradulent department. To make the story short I receive a call Fradulent department the same day I thought the rep at the bank took care of the issue, and that person tolde me the Rep didn't submit the proper documentation, long story short even the BANK MANAGER knew what happened and keep doing excuses. I have the first 80k credited to my account but the other 20k is a temporal credit. So if being stoled 100k of your life savings is the worst nightmare.... add the worst and unprofessional service from the place your money was stole from...where you supposed your money is saved.

The WORST financial institution I have ever worked with. STAY AWAY!!! Our home loan is with them, but for payment process only, they sold the loan to the Fannie Mae before the first payment was due. They can't handle principal only payments, they are still using stones and chisels to process. Also charging a 5 monthly address change fee, which has been changed but they are still charging.

I’ve been a member of this credit union for over 25 years. I have historically always been happy with them until this past year-ish. I don’t know who is in charge over there but they’ve straight ruining this bank. Repeated Credit card issues requiring multiple credit card reissues, same with debit cards, inability to leverage their online services, additional car payments charged without notice, stopping auto payments without notification and then charging you late fees and when requesting them to fix their mistakes… it takes months to resolve. I keep giving them opportunities to get it right as I’ve been a member there for so long, but I honestly have lost trust in this organization. I can sadly no longer keep my money here.

I will never do business with this institution again. They sent me a letter demanding I verify my insurance or else they would force me to buy their insurance. What, did you think the documentation from Geico was fake? I have had this loan for 2 years and now you are sending me letters? Plus, when you call them, their customer service is abysmal and subpar even when you have documentation and data they still want to argue with you over their mistakes.

STAY AWAY FROM NWFCU!!!!!!! Beware of this credit union. I paid off my auto loan early, expecting my title shortly thereafter. They sent it to the address on the title instead of the new address they had on file. Needless to say, I had to go and pay for a duplicate. I sent them a bill for it since it was their mistake (they should have verified address before sending a title). To date they have ignored me. Their customer service STINKS! I will never do business with them again!

I've been with them seven years but will now look for a new bank. I did deposit by mail and they lost the check, making me have to get it reissued. I did mobile deposit and they also lost that check -- it does not appear in my transaction history. I asked how to add a new account and was sent a lengthy form which I filled out and returned, only to be told I filled out the wrong form! I just called customer service and I am #95 in the queue. Worst of all, they were offline the entire weekend prior to tax day AND offline on tax day itself! No way to access your accounts on May 17, 2021. Manager said they were "short staffed." And whose fault was that? All of this is in the past 6 months. Inexcusable!
