I’ll just put it out there. It’s my opinion AVOID Ratified Title Group. They will mess up your paperwork and blame their own employees for being pregnant, having Covid, and your lender for whatever reason they can surmise . Once complete, they will offer you a 300$ check like their money is a blessing. Go with a different company who actually respects their customers enough to explain their screw ups. Better yet, go with a company that will not drop the ball. Again just my opinion. Cheers!

Amy made the process of closing so easy! The app was smooth and simple. Amy and her team did all of the behind the scenes work in a very professional and yet personal manner. Amy arrived at our property at our agreed upon time. (No waiting!). Amy worked with us and our realtor to explain all of the paperwork and made the process seem like a breeze. While there were plenty of docs to sign and initial she made it very easy. It seemed like we were done in record time! We recommend Amy and RTG!!!

I shopped around between several different lenders and Ratified Title Group offered some of the best rates. Their staff are very professional and responsive. With other lenders, I’ve waited on hold (sometimes longer than 30 minutes) or received a callback much later (and sometimes not at all). I’ve usually been able to get ahold of RTG’s agents the first time or have left a message and received a callback shortly after. I would definitely recommend.

My recent experience with Ratified Title Group was excellent! They made the entire process very easy, smooth and a pleasure experience overall. Their entire team is very helpful and responsive .. I purchased my house while living overseas and they helped me through the entire process including setting up the POA. They even went to my brother's place since he was uncomfortable going out during the pandemic and completed the process with him at the comfort of his own home -- The entire experience was perfect and I highly recommend them.

Amy Grant was amazing at Ratified Title Group! I highly recommend using Amy Grant for your future contract to close needs. I am a first time homeowner and she explained in great detail the process and the paperwork I had to complete. I also LOVED the personalization that Amy Grant provided to me. For example, she sent me Youtube videos that she created that explained each step in the contract to close process. My parents joined my closing on FaceTime due to COVID and she made the experience great for them as well. They really liked her personality and that she explained the paperwork to them as well. Lastly, Amy Grant created a short video of my home so I can share with family and friends. It was very unexcepted and I thought it was a nice personal touch.
