I do not do this much but, at the request of Mr. Daniel, his good treatment and his professionalism seem to me that they deserve this. As I said, the aforementioned Mr, was a very professional person and made the whole process much easier and made it easier to understand throughout the entire process. I just opened my first checking account ever today, and it was a very good experience! The employees were friendly and informative, and Dan especially was a great help. He walked me through the process patiently and clarified whenever necessary. I feel as though it could not have gone any better than it did, despite my lack of familiarity.

Casey is the best at what she does. I can’t lie she is very knowledgeable and professional. She gets back to you on time and actually makes you feel like she cares. The bank is very lucky to have you as a part of their team!

I have been banking at this location for about 20 years. Never have had a negative issue with the personal at the bank. I now am retired and needed help with my new Tri City card. The person who helped me understand and activate my card was so patient with me. Great Staff.
