    I love Ralph Honda service center! I have worked with Steven for years servicing a variety of Honda vehicles - from our son’s Civic to my favorite Odyssey! I have always trusted that the automotive work needed has been expertly & professionally done. Our cars are well maintained and safety is utmost important.     I have had many wonderful experiences! Chuck does fantastic work at the body shop and always above and beyond! Met Dave today as we were admiring a new car and he was so friendly and helpful.     Ralph Honda is the best! Everyone who works there is so fun and friendly and they are also very time efficient and get you in and out quickly for any service. The establishment is very fresh and clean with a spacious waiting area if you’re staying while your car gets worked on. They always do a quality and professional job!! And shout out to Frank who’s the best car salesman and Linda who is the best service advisor!! :)

    It’s very easy and convenient to schedule appointments for service via the app. I was greeted immediately upon arriving and waited in the customer lounge while my car was being serviced. The lounge is spacious with a vending machine and other amenities. Within 45 minutes, my car was ready. The service and cashier staff are all very friendly, efficient, and helpful. I trust Ralph Honda with all my service needs.

    This was my first time at Ralph. I chose them because I was able to get me an appointment quicker than others. I checked in with Patrick. Everything went smooth and he was straight-forward with my issues. Waiting room was nice and open. Basic snacks were provided along with coffee. My vehicle needed an overnight stay. The next day it was ready as promised and the check-out process was very quick. My 2007 Odyssey appears to be running good again and I'm hopeful for a few more years. I thought the price of the service was reasonable.

    I’m rarely disappointed in service at Ralph. In fact, I’m not sure I’ve ever been disappointed. I can’t speak to the Sales side, but for years their Service has always been very professional, friendly, and they always seem to offer honest and genuine opinions about my vehicle. The service specials are the best I’ve seen around (and I’ve “price shopped” plenty of times to save a few bucks). Every time I come to the center, the waiting area is clean, there’s plenty of free decent coffee and snacks, and the same staff are always working and seem satisfied. I only wish they were closer to my house so I wouldn’t have to drive across the city to get to them! But it’s always worth it.

    This is the second time we have leased through Ralph Honda, using Chuck as our agent. We absolutely love our experience at this dealership! We used another Honda dealership last time, and we came running back to Chuck because of his lovely, calm, and knowledgeable way about him. From beginning to end he understood our needs and put us into exactly what we wanted, without any hassling or upselling. We will only use Ralph Honda, and specifically our dealer, Chuck, in the future. I highly encourage you to stop by and take a look. There may not be many cars on the lot (mine wasn’t), but they are getting them in all the time (mine came in within a few days of purchasing).

    Needed 55000 mile service and seat recall fix. Service manager was responsive and made scheduling easy. Work completed on schedule. Manager provided detailed summary of with done and car condition. She was also very cheerful. Great experience.

    Had a factory recall on fuel pump. The Ralph Honda service department made it super easy to schedule an appointment and check in when I arrived. They took care of everything perfectly and on time. Plus they are very friendly! Highly recommended!

    I have been having my cars serviced at Ralph since we moved to the area in 2016. The service department is stellar! They take great care of my family and our cars. I am able to schedule with the same service person each time. Thanks to this, I feel welcomed and connected each time I come in for a service. The customer waiting room is clean, bright, and comfortable. There is a small library of books, in addition to the typical spread of magazines, in case you need something to pass the time. I appreciate this touch!

    Ralph Honda was absolutely an excellent experience. I purchased a Crv for my wife and this dealership had the best deal I could find around the area. The Staff was absolutely superb. Grace treated us like family and not just a sale. Corin finalized the paperwork and was so polite and friendly and even showed my wife how to work the features of her new car. Absolutely wonderful experience all the way around and would definitely recommend this dealership

    First time customer. Scheduled appointment for transmission flush and fill. Got me in sooner than my regular place. Service was about $30 more for this dealer vs. my dealer but conveniently located and short wait. Service writer was knowledgeable and kept me updated with status and gave me accurate pricing no surprises. Vehicle was even washed for me! Nice touch 👌.

    Linda and her technician team did an outstanding job during my recent service visit. Time is very important to me and the service work was completed within the scheduled two hours, on the dot! Linda has taken care of my Ridgeline since the purchase date, making sure it is in perfect condition. Her personal recommendations for future service work are always clearly articulated and accepted by me. Ralph Honda has taken great care of me and my Ridgeline over the years and Linda is the key reason.

    Service write is great, when in for a Oil change, tire rotation and inspection. New tires one has a plug for a puncture, they charged me for a rotation of tire that was not done. When I addresses the matter with the service writer the answer was they did not touch that tire because it was plugged so they rotated 3 tires. "really"? I feel that for a half job done no charge was supposed to be made or at least consult with the customer. I think that if the tire wasn't plugged, I would never notice what they charge with give the service.

    We just completed our second transaction with Joe Lighthouse and Ralph Honda. Joe makes the process seamless and simple.     I recently had my Honda CR-V repaired at Ralph Honda collision shop. I’m so grateful with how quickly and painless Chuck made the whole experience. My car was suppose to take 4 days but it ended up being only 2! Im also beyond impressed with how well they fixed my baby. My 2017 CRV looks inside and out like a whole new vehicle. Eddie not only repaired the accident area in question but he then walked around and took care of a big scratch on the other side of the SUV. Then when I got inside the vehicle he came over because he noticed another area he wanted to get at. Thank you Eddie! Thank you Chuck! Thank you Ralph Honda!

    I went in for an oil change and NYS inspection for my 2021 Honda CR-V. I was warmly greeted, the service took a bit over an hour, and then I was able to pick up my vehicle. Checking out was easy and I appreciated the efficiency of the service department.

    Happy with the work that was done, time it took and customer service. Very unhappy that someone servicing my vehicle was wearing super strong cologne. Had to drive home in cold weather with the windows down. Windows are still down because it smells so bad.

    I went to monro first to see why my windshield wipers were no working and they told me I needed a motor and linkage. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Ralph Honda and they told me I didn't need either and it was just the bolts that needed tightened. I'm was happy they didn't try to sell me something just to make their sales goals or extra money like morno.

    I purchased a new Honda. CarPlay did not work well. The service staff was not helpful, dismissive and most interested in discrediting my concerns. The problem was not in evidence when I brought the car in so they told me to bring it back any time. When I did, they were rude, told me to make an appointment ( which I had done twice). Finally someone looked at it who didn’t know about CarPlay and determined the cause was a setting which had already been checked. He did not make a record of my visit. The service person in charge of checking cars in and out approached and said “we don’t have time for this” and rudely turned away, leaving me standing there. The next time I brought it in, they said “we don’t have time for this “ and wouldn’t document the problem until I insisted. My negative experience is in how they treated me and how dismissive and rude they were. Edit. The dealership called after reviewing my concerns and sincerely apologized stating that they would address the problem of personnel. I greatly appreciated his concern.

    I called Ralph Honda on a Tuesday regarding a minor issue with my 2021 Passport. Ralph was aware of the issue having just received a service report from Honda. They ordered the part during the call and had me scheduled for service that Thursday. I was greeted upon arrival and they immediately began service. The work was done in about 40 minutes. Coffee, snacks and TV was were available in a clean and comfortable waiting area.

    I’ve not been a fan of Honda over the years- not sure why. In my latest job, I inherited a Honda Accord which has begun to change my mind. One of the main reasons of my mind shift is the service crew at Ralph Honda in Rochester, NY. I have been treated wonderfully and fairly. I’m now seriously considering a Honda when I retire. Great job people!

    I planned on selling my car to Ralph. We worked out a deal, I happened to get a flat tire on the way to the dealership. The salesman Joe told me it was okay to bring it in. He called me back shortly After speaking to his appraisal guy he told me I had to repair the tire. Which was fine, but they didn’t want to compensate anything for the 2 tires I purchased for the car. The salesman hung up the phone as I was speaking. I didn’t appreciate the way they handled the problem. Even offering me 100$ more would’ve satisfied my problem. Or even saying I’m sorry. But I’ll never purchase a car from Ralph nor will my family. When a Customer is going through a stressful experience, all they want is to be treated with respect. I’ll never forget the way they made me feel. Best of luck !

    They were able to get me in very quickly. However tried to sell me a $500 replacement hood switch rather than a $70 cost to disconnect the switch. My vehicle was 13 years old with nearly 300,000 miles. Why would I pay this much? The service advisor never offered the $70 option. I researched this option on my own. Even the other advisor working with him questioned why the disconnect option was never offered. This is why I don’t go to this dealership anymore and especially this particular advisor. Not trustworthy and condescending.

    Having my vehicle serviced at Ralph Honda is always a breeze. Starting with their easy to use website, making my appointment is simple. Dropping off the vehicle is just as easy. I have used the drop box for night before service drop off and have had the pleasure of just driving up and into the drop off bay. So simple. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable. TV's, books and newspapers are provided as well as free coffee and snacks. Friendly and courteous staff top it all off.

    Just Wow !! As a new customer to Ralph Honda I made a service appointment for later the following week as they were completely booked. I opted to drop off my car and get a rental to see if they could fit it in or in case someone canceled. Well the very next day I received a call saying my car was finished.Turns out it was an easy fix that was diagnosed and handled with ease. The service dept here is spectacular and every person I had contact with was extremely kind, caring and professional, even the cashier was a joy to talk with.. What do you get when everyone in the place is happy to be there? Spectacular SERVICE !!

    Amazing car service Reps! Last spring I brought my tires to Mavis (Chili, NY) to swap them from winter to spring/summer tires. Well when I went to Mavis again (Gates, NY) to do the swap as we are heading into winter, well we find out that the Mavis location from Chili NY never placed my wheel lock back in the vehicle, which caused a hell of a headache. Thankfully Ralph Honda came to the rescue, they were able to replace my wheel lock bolts and give me a new wheel lock free of charge. Couldn’t be happier, definitely will be back, as I’ll be in the market for a new car soon. Thank you Ralph Honda!

    The experience we had with our service rep( Linda) was, as usual excellent. However, I do have a significant complaint about the area where the service reps are located. The noise level was deafening and almost painful. The impact wrenches, hammering and general din was distracting and made it difficult to converse with the service representative. I sympathize with the service reps who have to tolerate this racket day in and day out. This was an extremely negative experience. All car service areas I’ve visited with other dealers have been enclosed and separated from where the mechanics are working. Ralph Honda should follow suit.

    It was a very positive experience. After 3 previous attempts to schedule routine work following my first appointment there, I finally got in within a week versus 3 weeks. The only concern I had was with a cabin filter they suggested I replace. They brought out the dirty one. I agreed. Literally within seconds, another guy brought out a dirty cabin filter to another customer suggesting she replace hers. Hmmm.

The cabin filters usually get to the point of needing replacement around 15,000 depending on driving conditions, which does make this one of the most common recommendations.     I set up this appointment online and arrived for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I stayed to have my car worked on and I was out in an hour. My car was also washed and they adhered to standards to reduce the risk of covid. The price for all the work was affordable compared to other well known dealerships. I can honestly say since I purchased my vehicle (certified-pre-owned) from them a year they have been nothing but helpful. They really work with you. As a young woman car buying can be difficult, but my sales person helped me get what I wanted and needed. Everytime I get service there im impressed. Keep up the good work.

    Lynda at Ralp did a great job taking care of our needs even though the parts for our timing job we're on back order she kept us updated during the whole process. I think Ralph has greatly improved there service department and I will continue to bring my cars in for service.     I had a great experience at Ralph Honda. I love my new Civic, I worked with Elvis Pagan. Elvis conducted himself as a professional and a gentlemen to myself and my girlfriend. My car was beautifully detailed upon pickup and Elvis made sure to show me all its features and even a few extras that he included as a kindness.     The people at Ralph Honda are friendly. The whole process was swift and smooth. I did not feel pressured by sales nor by finance. From what I can tell, there weren’t any attempts to rip me off and there weren’t any attempts to upsell me. The Kelly Blue Book value of the car I bought is basically the same as the price I payed, so I know I got a good deal. Any concerns I had were addressed and any questions I had were answered.     I recently brought my Accord in for a state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Ralph Honda made my entire experience from start to finish very easy. I used their online scheduling service which was very convenient. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted by friendly staff and there was no waiting to get my car in for service. The Ralph team was very efficient and my car was ready to go within an hour. They even washed my car as part of the service. I also really appreciate how clean and well maintained their service and waiting areas are. Best of all, it didn't cost very much. I highly recommend Ralph Honda's Service Team.

    I needed to bring my 2016 Honda Accord in for service for an extended warranty repair/replacement. Setting up a convenient appointment time was easy, the service associate who greeted me had all the information available upon my arrival, and asked whether I wished a courtesy ride or wished to wait. I opted to wait, and he explained the expected amount of time for the service. He called to check out my paperwork and send me on my way a half hour sooner than predicted. The waiting area and associates I encountered were most pleasant and welcoming. It was an excellent experience.

    Had a great experience at Ralph Honda. Pat was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took my car in to get my AC repaired and he informed me the condenser has been recalled and they would replace for free. They have a free shuttle service that dropped me home while they worked on my car. I needed to go into work before my car was ready so they offered me a rental car until I could return to the shop. Shuttle picked me up and rental was all set when I got there. They washed my car when I dropped it off and picked it up. The whole team provided excellent customer service and I’ll definitely be bringing my car to them in the future.

    Great service. In and out quickly. Friendly people. Only negative is $60 for a front light bulb is excessive.....and I work at a dealership myself. I in essence paid for them being open on Saturday. Money well spent though.

    Went in for an oil change and transmission flush on my 2015 Fit, plus an indicator light was on. Turns out the indicator light was for a faulty push button ignition switch, which was under warranty. Excellent service, friendly and informative staff. All around a good experience!

    The people working at Ralph were the kindest and most honest among dealerships and body shops I’ve ever visited, from the front desk lady who first directed me to the right location when I got lost and later checked me out, to the nice courtesy shuttle ride I received from Michael, to Chuck and Tom who took care of my car at an extremely fair price and with high quality work. A deer jumped out three feet in front of my car and I had damaged my front bumper valance, and body shops in my past experiences usually skin your wallet or insurance alive, so I set low expectations going in. Instead, Chuck worked with me to fix the problem without overcharging (prior to going anywhere, I had checked on a baseline with a friend whose family owns a cars and parts business), and made the experience pleasant and helpful. Our whole family drives Hondas and our usual dealership is out of town; I was just visiting the Rochester area when this incident happened. With this body shop experience, I can only imagine customers being treated well for the life of their cars, and if we lived in Rochester I would 100% buy and service all our cars here.

    I had bought my HRV from Ralph, and moved away. My car was having terrible technical difficulties, enough where my mechanic referred me to a dealership, primarily because of a warranty!     I went to Ralph Honda for emergency service when no other Honda dealer would accommodate me. Ralph Honda took me right in and quickly found that the problem meant the car could not be safely driven, even though I was told by my regular Honda service center that the issue was no big deal and that the car would drive just fine. Ralph Honda saved me money and possibly even a threat to my own safety. Ralph will be my Honda service of choice from here on.

    Very disappointed in Honda. I have been waiting over 4 months since my accident and my car still isn’t fixed. They tried selling me a similar 2019 odyssey for over 10 k more than what I bought it for new. And a new minivan doesn’t come for months. I have a family of 6 and need a van to care for my children and I have been unable to. This is Not a family company.

    My mileage from my previous servicing was recorded incorrectly, adding 10K additional miles which resulted in me having a costly 90K service which wasn't really needed. I guess I should have caught that too so partially my fault. Had rear brakes replaced, but after picking up the car had a very loud noise coming from the rear so had to turn around and bring the car back. They apologized for missing something, but had to wait an additional 30 minutes while it was fixed

    I arrived early for my appointment, I took my HRV in for an Oil change and tire rotation. Both were done in a very timely manner. Everyone is always very kind, knowledgeable and courteous. Ralph Honda has been a great dealership to work with!

    I've bought several Honda's from Ralph and I've used their service department for years. Even though I could get my service done cheaper somewhere else I chose to spend a little more for quality work. I've bought a Mazda from a dealer just up the road but take it to Ralph's for service. They are a good bunch of people to deal with and treat me with respect. Updated 05/11/2022: I keep going back to Ralph Honda for service, they do great work and always treat me very respectful.

    Took our new Passport in for its 5,000 mile checkup. Technician was great. Answered questions we had about some of the features on our new vehicle. Update Jan 2, 2022: Had a low pressure tire light come on. Drove over to the dealership and they looked at it. They determined it was not punctured, they filled up all the tires to the correct pressure, test drove it and said all was well. No charge. Very nice people.

    To start, this was my third visit to this location for service. I tend to try a place 3-4 times before leaving a review. I rate quality of service, customer service and customer satisfaction. QoS: yes it’s a dealership and prices are higher, however, prices Are high everywhere now with inflation and product shortages. The quality of the parts and service to me are fantastic. Prices are all straight to the point and they perform their services in a timely fashion (pending they have everything your vehicle needs in stock). Customer Service: From the moment you enter the doors you are greeted with a smile, and a welcoming tone, no one seems rushed and no one seems like they dislike their job! Customer Satisfaction: this is where I give a place three chances, no one is perfect all the time and certainly no one is happy all the time! I’ve been frustrated by the cost of maintaining a vehicle through a dealership however, it’s done by Honda certified technicians and they all do quality work! Overall I say I am very happy with their services and look forward to taking my vehicle for repeat service!!     Had a feeling I was losing air in my tire so I went to Ralph Honda & asked Steve in Service, even though I did not have an appointment, would he take a look at it. It was determined that I had a screw in the edge & when removed the tire could not be repaired. A new tire was ordered, I went home & not long after I received a call that my car was ready. Thank you Steve & staff for great service with a smile!!!!! I highly recommend Ralph Honda Service for all your needs, big or small.

    While I haven’t purchased a vehicle here, their service department has always been an absolute pleasure. They serviced my Civic Si numerous times and now most recently my Acura TLX Aspec. I find that, in most cases, the service center can get me in on a much shorter notice than other dealers in the area and they are always mindful of your vehicles cleanliness.

    I made my appointment quick and easy online, but we all know things come up unexpectedly. Today I brought my Honda in for maintenance more than two hours before my scheduled time, “No worries!” Patrick couldn’t promise a specific time but my car was ready in about an hour and I was able to get my grandson off the bus.     Fast, friendly service! Received my first oil change there with a new leased vehicle. Was pleasantly surprised that they informed me the oil change would be half off. Everyone was friendly from start to finish. The checkin attendant at service area was friendly and informative. The mechanic called me immediately once the car was ready. Quick check out at the reception desk. Another available office staff member went out of her way to take care of me as the other receptionist was taking care of someone ahead of me. With this kind of service, I will gladly continue give my business to Honda even after this lease is up!

    Quick service with a car wash and safety check thrown in. This week, I needed a rattle fixed under the dash. I usually get the same mechanic. She rode with me to identify the rattle, and then was able to repair it. These things are hard to find and she did a great job. On my most recent visit, I needed to talk with the body shop. They were very helpful and gave me a great price. Last week I was having back problems and the service writer brought the car around to the front desk without being asked. Nice job.

    I have complete confidence in the team at Ralph that cares for my car. Many people are shocked when they find out that my CRV is 6 years old.     I purchased a used Crv from Ralph Honda a few months ago and it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. My sales man Nathan was respectful and explained everything. The batter died on me yesterday. After getting a jump I got it there at the end of the day expecting to have to leave it. Steve in service took care of me and made sure I didn't have to. Great experience all around.

    Body shop does truly excellent work in body repair and painting. I'm very satisfied. Had two jobs done for my cars and recommended Ralph for my son's door repair. All jobs made the vehicle appear absolutely new, even with complicated contemporary deep-view paint. Management and personnel exceptionally friendly and accommodating.     2022 and had my CRV inspected by Steve Pecora and his team. Steve and his team were amazing, received immediately, treated with respect and the work that was done was completed before the estimated time I was given. I cannot stress enough the fact that after all the years I have been going to Ralph and the same people are there says something for the way they treat their employees which filters down to how they treat their customers!     When I experienced a popping sound in my 1st leased Honda CRV XL at only 2100 miles, I had concerns. When I called Ralph Honda and spoke to my salesman, Chuck, within two days my vehicle was in for service. I was delighted when Jeremy the service advisor called and explained what was wrong, fixed the issue, test drove my vehicle and told me it was ready to go. The facility is clean, staff seem well organized and I was greeted with friendly smiles. Thanks for the excellent care.

    The service is always great. But the one thing that disappointed me today was the lack of a car wash. As I was walking to my car I was looking forward to it being shiny and it was a bummer to see that it was not washed. Maybe next time…. This visit included a car wash! Thanks so much!

    I had to take my brand new 2021 Civic into the Collision Shop after the front passenger side suspension was destroyed by lovely curb in our fine city. The staff in the shop performed outstanding work in a friendly manner. While the circumstances were less than favorable, I appreciated Chuck McGarry's commitment to get my vehicle repaired as quickly as he could. He also kept me abreast of the progress throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone that asks.

    Was very thankful for the Service team at Ralph Honda who resolved an issue with our locks and got our vehicle in right away to perform the NYS inspection that was two weeks overdue!     Your service Department was excellent. I had a family emergency right after I dropped off car and was waiting for my car. I told them I would have to resch and they told me they could lend me a loaner. I was so appreciative as my grandson was sent to the emergency department and us grandmas were in charge.
