Greece Community Federal CU English Rd, Rochester

I have been a member of Greece Community Falderal CU for over 10 years and have always found their customer service excellent. They are always willing to assist with any financial question or need I have. Two of my children have their auto loans with the credit union and the process for quick and simple.

Laura and all the people at Greece Federal Credit Union are all so helpful! I’ve done a mortgage, car loan and a home equity and have had the best experience with all of them!!

I have banked here for decades. The ladies are always pleasant , efficient and helpful with any banking need. I would recommend this credit union to anyone for superior service.

IT SHOULD ACTUALLY BE ZERO STARS. Absolute HORRIBLE Credit Union. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. No call Backs, CEO had to get involved and she could care less on my needs or loan. STAY AWAY!!! They do not take care of customers and treat them terrible. I had to physically go in to get a response from them and even then they were CLUELESS

A member for over 20 years--checking, savings, home equity, car loan experience--I have been very pleased with service during this time. All mine, and my family's, interactions over the years have been positive.

Been driving by this place for the past 17 years when I decided, on a whim, to stop in to see if they offer motorcycle loans. Long story short ... my credit score is excellent and the motorcycle loan was so good that I then refinanced two cars. In doing so, I'm saving a few thousand dollars in interest versus the "preferred customer" loans I had in place at local banks that I've been doing business with for years. Would highly recommend if shopping for an auto/motorcycle loan.

I'm writing this review in hopes that I can save someone from becoming a member here. The Greece federal credit union tried to cash a voided check, a stop payment check and then charged my account a 37$ fee. Their incompetence and negligence ended up costing me 37$. If you want to bank with an institution that looks out for their members, is honest, polite and competent then GCFCU is not for you and I suggest you find another banking institution. I have since found another credit union where they treat their members with respect and have way better rates.

I find it funny how none of the calls taken place at this bank is not recorded and when someone says something and you then state what they said they then hang up on you and refuse to admit to what they stated. And this is coming from the branch manager. Real great customer service.

I have a friend who use to use this credit union, but she has had nothing but problems with them.. Management needs to take a look on how their employees talk to and treat their customers. Maybe it would be a good idea to have their employees take a customer service training.

This facility has led to nothing but issues from me as simply asking them to deposit check A into my gf savings and check B into her checking, which obviously is going to lead to future problems when you think that you have this much in your account. Nothing but problems from the beginning.Everything in there is dated and the employees lack the ability to carry out there job and the professionalism to fix it. I would not recommend this place to my enemy! If I could take the star away I would... if you like your money go else where.
