Chase Bank Long Pond Rd, Rochester

I normally go to the one in Henrietta but the very nice bank teller sometimes slips me an extra $50. I love they recognize their customers at this location.

I opened a new account today with Tracy Mason and I have to say, she is definitely an asset to the company. She was amazingly knowledgeable and extremely funny. I enjoyed the time spent setting up my account. She answered all my questions and guided me through the whole process. I also met her co-worker John, who was also friendly and funny. I appreciated the humor tremendously as well as all the knowledge. Thank you Tracy for being the person you are and for making my day a little more brighter. This is the most pleasant experience I have personally ever had and will definitely refer friends and family your way!!!

They are super great here, they have great customer service skills and helped me setup my kids accounts and a new account for me.

The ATM is always down and not working. Very inconvenient when the bank inside is closed.

I’m not entirely sure what these other reviewers are talking about. Chase Bank is a complete waste of time with terrible customer service. Not every day that you go to a bank where two different tellers will tell you two totally different things. I don’t appreciate being given the runaround like I was and I’m not afraid of exploiting obvious unprofessionalism when I see it.

Been there twice now in the last week for help in setting up new accounts. Both people that helped me couldn't have been nicer and were very efficient. Were also conscientious in following Covid protocols, which is nice to know nowadays.

The staff has always been accurate, attentive to detail, friendly and helpful. I have been banking at this location for years. When going through the drive up window, my dog even gets a treat. 5 plus

I have been with chase for over ten years and had no problems ever until this branch I usually go to the Penfield branch or the Webster branch but due to a new job in Greece this is the only location that I can make it to on my lunch hour never again will I come to this location I would rather drive 45 minutes to Fairport to do my banking the lady at the teller was very rude and was yelling out my personal business that every other customer in the room could hear. then when I asked to speak to the manager The manager on duty was absolutely rude when I explain to her the fact that my fiancé had no lunch money and I need it to put money into her account the lady offered no alternative solution.safe to say or $40 Chase will lose the chance to earn our business with a home or auto loan if it wasn't for my home town branch I would take my business elsewhere altogether sad to say I brought my fiancé over from bank of amawroda and now I have to explain how this is how they do business for anyone reading this stay clear of this branch and drive the extra half hour.
