I heard Samantha was the best person to get if you go through this company. I needed a cosigner for my loan. I tried my mom first since her car is only a year old but they wanted her to refinance her loan through them. So I decided to use my grandmother since she's used them before. She has left multiple messages for Samantha with no return call. So I called myself and was told by her that she didn't get any of the messages. She then told me she would call my grandmother after she closed a loan. Still waiting on that call meanwhile my grandmother has called again and left messages for her. I thought she was the "best" per a recommendation. The least she could do is return the call.

About 4 years ago as a fresh entrepreneur I built a beautiful business plan and brought it to my bank. I was denied quick with a 720 credit score. I found One Main after researching places to get loans. I was able to get a loan for my equipment to start up my bakery. In those 4 years I was able to move my business and expand. I'm not joking when I say I couldn't have done it without One Main. The staff is absolutely wonderful and always easy to work with. I will be forever grateful that they were able to help me build my dream!

I have experienced such caring, compassionate customer service from Sue. Each time i have spoken with her either in person or on the phone. She is always pleasant, helpful. I just love her beautiful personality. However, i recently encountered a employee whom i felt was judgemental, rude & not too eager to assist. I felt like i was being scolded like i was a child. She definitely needs customer service skills/training.

The process was smooth from the beginning. I felt as though they actually cared about my needs and were able to work with me. They were professional and I felt at ease and not just a number there. I highly recommend them!!

Did biz a couple years ago w/ Sara of this office who was outstanding! $10,000 loan, we paid it back in full in around 30 days... told us they'll always do biz w/ us. Called the other day asked for Sara, Sue answered and said Sara no longer was there (she didn't tell us Sara had just transferred to a different office, bc I'm she knew we would go to the other office and Sue would lose out on commission or whatever point system they use. Credit came back perfectly she said no problem. Just like last time my husband makes the majority of his money between April-Dec. She gets the latest pay stub and says the income is too low to which we explained the situation once again (besides which the "average income" she came up with she was off by $1200 per month! Well Sue never called us back or did any follow up. I called Corporate and they were equally as uninterested. Thought we had established a good working relationship with them for when we need money quickly to flip homes etc and pay back equally as quickly. Needless to say, we've found another organization to align ourselves with.

Jason, the loan agent. was great, walking me through the whole loan procedure.. It was easy to get the loan approved and finalized. I was very happy with my whole experience with ONE MAIN FINANCIAL.

Whilst everyone is having such a great experience I'm not. I was told I would get a call right back I've been waiting for 3 days, called again was told my application was not even looked at when they said it would be the same day that I applied here it is now day 4 and still haven't recieved a call back about my application. Do I feel like I'm being treated fairly? Absolutely not!

The staff at One Main Financial were phenomenal. I received help from Tracy and she was easy to talk to and made the process very easy for me. I would recommend One Main Financial because out of all the loan companies I tried they gave me a chance and the process was so simple.

There are many personal things that have happened to me. Karly, the woman that I worked with was/is wonderful. She guided me through every step, reassured me that the work that I was doing with my credit was working and benefiting me in more ways than I could've imagined. Karly helped me see that, guide me through the application process and explained things thoroughly. Any questions I had she answered, and anything I didn't understand she helped me with. I would recommend this company to my friends and my family. I'm sure they'll have the same experience I had. I look forward to working with thus company throughout the completion of this loan and for future help.

Very quick Service.. I went in the office on December 18th and it took me only Twenty Minutes to walk out of the Office with my Check in my Hands.. quick experience and Customer Oriented.. I Highly Recommend OneMain Financial to everyone 👍
