This place is great! The staff is always knowledgeable & helpful. They treat our family well everytime we go in & know us on a first name basis now. I send all of my friends & family there if they need something!

They have always been very helpful and courteous. I will continue to do business with them!

They sold me a gun knowing I couldn’t get a gun in my name because of something that happened in 2010!!!! The manager told me I couldn’t get half of my money back!!! I feel like that’s totally wrong!!! In so many ways!!!!! They are very rude to me and my mom

I recently visited Quik Pawn in Hoover a few days ago, not what I was expecting when visiting a pawnshop. Lets just say WOW! I couldn't believe how friendly everyone was there. I walked in and immediately was welcomed. I feel like they went out of there way to make sure I was taking care of. The manager Stacy was an absolute pleasure, always smiling, joking around with everyone. Everyone loves her and you can tell. The gentlemen I meet I think his name was Alex was extremely helpful as well. He taught me so much about the computer that I bought. I will never do business anywhere else! This is my new favorite shop- I would recommend this shop to everyone- GO NOW, SERIOUSLY!

Have pawned several items at this location. Showed up at 4:55pm on a Saturday and they literally locked me out. The entire staff knowse on a first name basis because of the amount of business I have done with them. Do not go here... They only care about money!!!!

I have been meaning to send my review now for weeks. My husband I have just moved to a new house and during the move I came across several items to sell. I’ve been into this store several times now, and each and every time, the staff has been absolutely terrific! I had tried several pawn shops prior to going there for the first time....and every time I left the other stores, I left with a terrible feeling and honestly pissed by the rudeness and lack of emotion from these other guys. They could care less about...well...anything. Needless to say, the first time I walked into the Quik Pawn Shop in Hoover, it was truly a breath of fresh air. EVERY single member of this staff has been so friendly, courteous and HONEST! I strongly recommend anybody that needs to buy or sell items, to please go to this store. I work in customer service and take a lot of pride in that. These guys are by far the people to go to, they really seem to work hard and deserve our business. Please don’t waste your time anywhere else, those other guys could care less what you do with the items that you’ve worked so hard for. I had to make sure I wrote this review... I just had to make sure others know about this place. I’ve lived less than 2-3 miles from here for about 5yrs and had no idea until recently, that the best pawn shop was sitting right in my neighborhood ♥️

I took my shotgun in to pawn. The guy couldn't figure out how to rack the slide. Had to do it for him. Then the woman said she looked my gun up and it was "$189 retail" so she could only offer me $60. I tried to explain that I bought it brand new, for full retail price, at $480, but that didn't change anything. I get home and look at my pawn ticket and the reason it was "retailed at $189" was because she had looked up a single shot shotgun. That isn't what I pawned!! Really?? It was a 6 shot pump action shotgun. They have zero idea what they're doing.
