Update January 10: TITLE WAS NEVER OPENED! 10 WEEKS AND NOT A DARN THING WAS DONE! Do not trust this company or anyone that has worked for them. Update: January 3. Closing date came and went and STILL NOTHING! 9 weeks and the only thing that has happened is the cashing of our earnest money (6 weeks after being received). Holding up the entire process here. Was hoping Santa would bring me a title commitment for Christmas. I had more confidence in getting something from that fat, jolly elf than I did from this company, but alas he is not real and supposedly this company is. Still waiting for these slugs to do their job and actually accomplish something. I would give this company no stars if I could. We have been under contract since the 1st week of November. Our realtor noted this company (the only one in the area) and county were notoriously slow, so we made our closing date for the end of December to give them ample time. It is now December 21 and we STILL HAVE NOT REVCEIVED A TITLE COMMITMENT. Completely unacceptable! After constantly making contact we found out this company is selling at the end of the year. They still have employees, what are they paying them to do?? If the same employees are going to the new company I feel sorry for them inheriting these lazy, useless slugs. Absolutely frustrating.

Very unprofessional and poor communications 2 years after closing the paperwork with the state and county have not been filed property taxes have yet to be forwarded to us and the previous owners are still on the title work don't return calls and a scam as far as I am concerned

Quest Title has great people to work with!!

Went with Quest Title Company to facilitate our closing. Things started off well but soon ran into communication issues. The title company started becoming unresponsive and we had trouble getting answers or help. Instead of answering our questions and solving the issues the title company employees blamed other employees for the errors instead of working towards solving the issues or getting us answers. Communication got worse as we got to the closing date until our closing date came and then went without communication or closing documents being given. We struggled for a couple weeks to even get pdf copies of the closing documents. It's a month after we signed documents and we are still waiting on original closing documents they promised to mail out weeks ago. We can't get anyone to return our phone call or emails to try to resolve this issue. They said they would do a job, got paid to do the job and a month later still have not completed the job. They have turned what should have been an exciting life event into a nightmare.

I closed the sale of my parents house with Quest and it was a very good experience. It was somewhat complex, in that the buyer's were out of state, and there were some complications with the deed. Danielle worked with us and was very patient, thorough, and communicative. I highly recommend Quest title in Grants!

Have worked with them a handful of times and they always get everything done I need and in a timely manner.

Very disappointed. They sat on my information for 10 days before they told me they could not work with McKinley County. I emailed 3 times, and left a voicemail, all of which were never responded to. This is not good when the seller is eager to close ASAP.
