Yvonne Adam's assisted me with 2 loans yesterday. Yvonne was precise, organized, thorough, courteous, friendly, professional and even had a good sense of humor. Yvonne payed attention to my needs. She was so prepared for the appointment that it was done in a short period of time. I highly recommend Yvonne to all of my friends and family.

went in to refinance our car with them. The lady told my husband I will either call you before 5 tonight or by 10:00 AM tomorrow. Well that didn't happen. So my husband called them after work today and was told it was denied. Then they had the nerve to tell him one of the reasons was because over 18 years ago he had a bankruptcy and they claim he had a card with Woodstone Credit Union and he had to pay that before they would do a loan. Now remind you we already have a car loan with them!!!! I am ashamed to say I use to work for this Credit Union but when I did it wasn't to big for its britches.

They are always very courteous and helpful (the tellers). I stop in at times to complete some deposits, or simple transactions. I use them as a shared branch from my BECU, and Denali FCU accounts. I'drecommend them, and if they ever have a new member sign up promo where you get some cash in your account, or a higher interest rate I will open an account! Working as a shared branch if you are not a Qualstar member, there are some limitations on what they can do. Looks like that has happened with these negative reviews. If you don't bank with them directly, don't expect them to be able to do 100% of what your credit union does. However, they do their best to go above & beyond for each customer.

The CEO & MANAGER are unprofessional, arrogant & were NOT helpful. Some staff are poorly trained. I have been intimidated, reprimanded & bullied by the male manager & CEO. They took my debit card without cause after I deposited some money in the atm machine. When I called the CEO to explain how I was being treated & informed him about the bullying & lousy service, he was not empathetic nor helpful either. In retaliation, the manager called the fraud department at my other bank twice. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY BANK TELLERS OR MANAGERS AT ANY OTHER BANK. PLEASE, DO NOT BANK HERE. THANK YOU.
Hello--Since you are not a member of Qualstar, but you are a member of another credit union, we ask that you defer to them for any Shared Branching and/or account requirements they impose on their members. Our staff cannot go beyond what Shared Branching rules allow them to do when serving a non-Qualstar member.

Had a car loan with Qualstar and traded car in and new dealership mailed pay off check and Qualstar took a payment out of my account for a car i dont have any longer then they have the nerve to tell me i would have to pay a fee to have a refund check mailed to me. Thats messed up. Think twice before doing business with them.

Been with Qualstar Credit Union in Everett around 20 yrs now. They have always taken good care of me, been professional and friendly. To stop in with out an appointment I've done and there is a posted letter explaing the covid 19 process. I live far away and have learned to try to schedule as soon as I can. Often that's not soon enough... But they still have always done their best to fit me in. I appreciate all the help and services I've received over the years and recommend them to anyone.

I have to say I have had many loans over the years, my last 2 with qualstar and Yvonne Adam's is the best loan officer I have ever had. She did the phone tag while I was at work and had my boat loan wrapped up very fast and easy! I would definitely recommend her to anybody I know! Thanks for the great experience.

If at all possible avoid this credit union. The punish their costumers for their mistakes. Not only that but their costumer service is two faced. One of the ladies might be very polite towards you, but the other won't be. Bank else where.

We all know of covid and its restrictions but I've been out in front of this credit union and watched 1 lady stand in the wind and rain apparently waiting for her appointment while NOBODY is in the branch....I also have to wait 25 mins in my car and I have a 2 hour commute home....again there is 1 customer in the branch

Due to the current environment with branch appts. necessary, we do our best to accommodate members who show up without an appt. in advance. We allow 15 mins. for each appt., and in the event there is time leftover we will bring in the next member who has the next appt. Because there was someone in the branch during the time you were waiting, and another appt. ahead of you, we did need to follow our typical process.
