It was a pleasure working with Mike and his team, everyone involved was absolutely knowledgeable and professional. It was our first time buying a house, I’m glad we had Mike to educate us on the loan process and more. He and his team are friendly, patient, helpful, and dedicated to their customers. He introduced us to an excellent agent, and we were able to close the house a week earlier than expected. I appreciate Mike helping us with the lowest interest rate possible, and promised to continue monitoring the rate and reach out when it gets lower. I also like that Mike directly called and updated us along the whole process. We were always the first to know if there was something we needed to provide or if we were one step closer to finishing everything. I appreciate that because most of his emails went straight to my Spam folder without me knowing, and I didn’t find out till the very end. I never needed them because he always called and let me know first already. I believe Mike is the best in his business, and his team knows what they’re doing. I had a great experience overall, and will definitely refer Mike to everyone I know :)

Shane and team have been great and been there for us for both refinance and purchase. Highly recommend as they are very thorough and trustworthy for their information, quotes and support. Got conditional approval within few days, got appraisal completed in less then a week, closed in under a month and only cause my buyers chose that date. Dwell started off great. I worked with Mike and he was very helpful and he thoroughly explained everything and communication was great. He got me a great refinance rate and everything seemed to be on track for a successful close. Unfortunately things did not end great at all. I was originally told by Mike that the refinance process would take around 45 days. Instead it wound up taking 196 days and in the end Dwell completely abandoned me. Month after month they kept promising that my loan would close but they could never make it happen. After 4 ½ months of failed promises Dwell went silent and I never heard from them again. About 3 more weeks passed after Dwell dropped off the radar and then I got a call from USA Mortgage telling me that they are now handling my loan (along with several other loans Dwell could not fulfill) and that Dwell was dropped from their parent company (DAS Acquisition Company) due to a contract expiration. About 30 days later USA Mortgage was able to close my loan. My loan was super simple and it should have been a piece of cake but for unknown reasons Dwell just couldn’t make it happen. For Dwell to fail to deliver and then just go silent and completely abandon me with no explanation like they did was very unprofessional and for that I cannot recommend them.

Cristi and her team are absolutely amazing! She takes the time with every client to pay attention to the details. I really appreciate her communication, reliability and ability to offer sound advice throughout our transactions. I would recommend Cristi and her team to anyone looking to buy or refinance!

Rebekah went above and beyond helping the wife and I to purchase our first house from our land lords. She was able to get us the best rates for the lowest closing cost compared to all the lenders I applied with. She was extremely attentive and responsive to any questions I had along the way. She was able to get everything done within our budget. They also sent us a little baby shower type present for my expecting wife. It was extremely nice and thoughtful. I could not be happier with the level of service and honesty that was shown to us through the process.

Hands down the best mortgage company around. We've done three transactions with them and each time the Dwell team rocked it. They are professional and super thoughtful. How many mortgage companies will send you flowers when hearing about a death in your family? Dwell is about top notch customer service period. We've received the best rates and have always felt confidence about our decisions with them. Buying a home is super stressful and I can't imagine using any other team. Highly recommend!

I started using Dwell for a refi to pay down debt, then we had to move on short notice and they got me a rate I couldn't find anywhere else and even stuck with me during delays from our buyer falling through and some tricky situations with purchasing new construction. Then, less than a year in my new house they showed me how to drop my PMI, get some more cash and not change my payment. I have worked with other lenders and banks before and have never seen a group work harder for me than Dwell. Brittney is our favorite ( sorry Shane ) but anytime we needed something from anyone else on the team, they were fast, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
