Simple- Dave assembled a team of caring professionals who are knowledgeable in their craft and are able to break down these complicated topics into bite size pieces. They were with us every step of the way and never failed to pick up the phone or respond to a text. You might shop around and find a slightly better financial setup, but you open yourself to all sorts of unforeseen things. NAF will help you close on time and without any last minute hidden fees.

I was impressed with the strong communication Dave provided. Throughout our transaction I never had to wonder what the status of my client or transaction was. Dave was direct, on time (closed early), was able to break each task down for my Buyers, and had a great sense of humor. Looking forward to working with him again!

Straight up incredible. We worked with Taylor and since it's our first house, there was a lot to take in. She helped us understand everything going on, was super responsive no matter when we called, and NAF closes super fast which is part of why our offer was accepted over a competing offer.
