I live out of state in NH and sold my rental property in Orlando and could not be happier with the closing procedures with this company. I would recommend using Quality Title & Escrow for your closing needs as the process was seamless. Staff was quick to respond to any and all questions.

The week of our closing they claimed we never communicated to them the time and how we were planning on closing. My wife and I both work for schools so we made sure that we would not have to take off of work and do a mobile closing. Our realtor confirmed with us that all of the arrangements had been made and the week of our closing a rude lady from the company called my wife and I angrily and demanded we get it all “figured out.” After we moved our schedule around to accommodate her, she then gave us the wiring information 30 minutes before our bank closed the day before the money was due. They do not take personal checks and she told us to “figure it out.” My wife and I tend to be very forgiving about miscommunications and accidents, but there was no reason for her to be rude and snarky. Business should be handled in a professional manner and we do not feel that it was. My wife and I highly recommend using a different title company if available.
