I had a great experience with Magnolia. They worked hand in hand with my lender and everything went very smoothly. They happily accommodated me by sending a notary directly to me to sign the closing paperwork because of my work schedule. That was such a convenience! Lisa Escobar is so helpful; she and the rest of the team made this process simple and easy, and I will definitely use them again in the future!
