    Multiple late notices although we are set up for mortgage auto pay. Insurance premium has been purchased although documentation of insurance has been approved in writing several times. Zero accountability or even accessibility. Customer service agents work from home with the TV blaring and completely unprepared and/or trained to answer simple questions. Our jumbo mortgage is a joke….management wise.

    This is by far the worst bank I have ever been to. The employees are absolutely beyond rude. There are fees that even the employees can't explain added on when you are trying to close your account. Employees never know what's going on, and instead of politely saying they'll be right with you, it's always "hold on" in a miserable tone. I will never Bank here again.

    I moved an account here from a bank which had closed down. Getting into the Winter Park, Lee Road branch is next to impossible, and exiting the branch to head to I4 requires a uturn close to the busy 17-92 intersection. My issue is, I overdrew my account at this bank. It was an unused account, and the overdraft was a result of a gym membership. The gym was to begin taking the payments from a different account, but did not. Thus, I was overdrawn by $10. These A Holes charged me 2 seperate 32 dollar fee's, making the $10 payment an $80 ordeal. The branch manager, an ugly, late middle aged witch, refused to waive the fee. Strike 3. This bank is a conglomerate of left over branches no one wanted when the previous banks were shut down. There are next to no branches anywhere in town, and the ones that do exist are all hell to get into and out of. Now they cant waive a fee. Had I made the error, Id happily paid and moved on, but the error was with my gym (not the bank). However, as a lifetime banker, I always waived fee's for depositors who had an obviously genuine reason for the over draft. Not these left over pirates. Might as well bank at an Amscott. Im very happy with BB&T and Wells Fargo. Both of whom have accomidated requests of this nature upon receieving proof of validity.

    Three weeks after closing my account they started sending me account overdrawn notices. I spoke to the branch manager who was very rude and claimed the account is still open.....don’t trust this bank with your money.

    TODAY WAS NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. WHAT HAS HAPPENED WHEN BUSINESS ES/CORPORATION Lie or try to Bully you in opening a Bank account. When I already have one else where. When YOU Open a Business bank account how will the people you are doing business with be treated. First they said the person could not verify the check ,then you don't have enough funds to cover it,and sense you close the lobby non bank account holders can' t receive over $1000 in the drive thru. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO I WOULD NEVER OPEN A ACCOUNT.

    I have been banking with Centerstate for almost 6 years now and I can honestly say that I have had nothing but excellent service, not just at the Winter Park branch, but at all the locations. I like that I am always greeted by name when I walk in. This bank still has that kind of personal service. Special thanks to Sandy, Tamara and Margarita for always being so professional and getting me in and out so quickly. Other banks should run as smoothly and efficiently as Centerstate.

    I can't say enough good things about Eddie Smith, Vice President and Branch Manager, and Erica Galindez, Assistant Branch Manager, who assisted me with the difficulties I had when transferring to Centerstate from another bank. They were very kind to this 90 year old woman when she needed help. I'm so glad I transferred!

    Couldn't cash a check for their bank. Told me it was okay after 15 minutes waiting, come up and it's not okay. The other branch cashed this in a minute
