Quality Grand Auto more specifically, is by far one of the greatest used car lot you can have on your list to bring your business to if you’re in the market for your first, or another, vehicle. My financial situation was very complicated, and my credit was basically non-existent. I came in being fully transparent with my situation and they took me in and they made my dream come true. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. A little scary at first, but that is basically a given when you’re a first time purchaser and totally naive to the whole process. Regardless, they made me feel very well cared for. They were with me every step of the way throughout the entire process. I didn’t feel like my lack of experience in the car purchasing world was used against me. I was treated with dignity, respect and with absolute fairness. I would recommend taking your business to the Quality Grand Turismo Auto any day. Extremely excellent service, and all Local salesman and representatives!

Al was great! He was very knowledgeable and patient about answering all of our questions. He wasn't pushy and didn't make us feel like we HAD to buy a car. I love my Honda Element that I bought five months ago and I am happy with the overall experience!

I had a really good experience here. Al and his assistant went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and got me into the vehicle I wanted. They were more pleasant to deal with than other car dealerships. They were honest with me and let me test drive the vehicle. I would highly recommend this car dealership if you need a car and can finance.

I’m using a friends phone, mine is at home. That is how important it was to me to leave this review. Very happy with my experience. My wife and I went out just to see a Colorado they had on Craigslist. We weren’t planning on buying, I just wanted to show her what they were. She wanted a small 4 door pickup, and the one they had advertised was reasonably priced. I hadn’t financed anything for at least 10 years. I own everything outright because I’m going to retire soon. Long story short my wife loved the truck so much we decided to buy. It was a great experience. We left with the truck and 2 days later I get a call that he found me better financing at a lower rate and payments. I will buy there again, and would definitely recommend them to family and friends! We went car shopping on Labor Day for the obvious car sales going around town. We initially looked two other car lots before stumbling upon QGT Auto. We won't go into detail on this review, but the other car dealerships treated us like we were a bother once they found out our budget was out $12,000. QGT Auto treated us wonderfully and was more than happy to help us find the right car. We got a Ford Escape for what we thought was an amazing deal. A couple of days later, we got a call from the dealership informing us that they got a lower interest rate for our loan, making our car payments lower and the rate of loan payback shorter. I can't believe how friendly and easy they were to work with. They treated us with respect and kindness and definitely earned a lifelong customer with us! A++

Bought my car a month ago and AL was very patient with me all day despite me running into unexpected problems with my bank loan? He offered alternative options for financing and ended up offering me a really great deal that was right on my budget. I am a first time car buyer and was very hesitant and cautious the whole time but AL was understanding and answered all my questions. Although my overall car buying experience was stressful, AL at Quality Grand did everything he could to make it an easy and good experience. And ultimately I left with the exact car I wanted, at the price I wanted, and I am very happy!

I Went to QGT Auto Center to try to get a new vehicle didn’t expect to come out with anything because I don’t have the best credit and didn’t have a lot to put down but thanks to AL we were able to get approved for a loan and get a great new vehicle with low miles at a great price! Just bought a 2008 GMC Equinox from Quality Grand Turismo Auto. Let me tell you that I had the most pleasent experience. They are super friendly, polite and very helpful, Not pushy at all. It wasn't about the sale but more what they are able to help you. In my personal experience they went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. Highly ! Highly!
