Bri and Trevor were amazing to deal with, Terry was hilarious to talk with and Everyone was quick to ask if we wanted any water or something to drink. Feel like i was a complete headache given that did a few things out of process/order, but still they were accommodating and jumped through hoops to make sure i was taken care of. Bri was an amazing car sales person. I went there knowing what SUV’s I wanted to look at. One wasnt not there but had more miles but the one I really like was there. I really needed a newer vehicle and I tried 6 other used car dealers in the Salem area and I was told that I couldn't qualify for financing. I was referred to Creative Credit & Auto Sales, and Trevor got me in the vehicle I wanted and got the financing approved in less than a day. Trevor, Tyrone and Terry were Great to work with. And I never felt pressured by them. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle and has difficulty finding financing. I bought a 2007 Chevrolet Suburban from them and I am more than happy with my experience and the staff.

These guys are awesome they really helped me out when I was in a tight spot and needed a vehicle ASAP!! They sold me a great vehicle at a fair price. Will be going back to them soon for another vehicle. They were so respectful and treated me great even though I didn’t have a lot of money to spend. Can’t thank them enough. I can’t imagine I would be able to find a dealership that I was more comfortable shopping at than Creative Credit. It was my first time financing a car and the staff here all helped keep my nerves to a minimum, I really felt like a part of the family! Bri took one look at me and knew exactly which car would be the right fit for me in an instant (I only ended up looking at the one car, it really was a perfect match!). Trevor made sure I was taken care of on the financing end as well and that everything would go smoothly. You’re more than just a customer here and it shows with every interaction you have with the staff.

We were sent over here from another dealership. When we got here we were immediately greeted and got the help we needed. My bf was in need of a car and he doesn't have the best credit so it was hard to find one that would work for him. Ryan was the guy that helped us and he was very helpful and made the experience very enjoyable. He made sure we got what we needed and something we could afford. Ryan made sure the car we left with was very safe to drive and a good fit. We had gone through two or three cars before we found one that the bank would finance. Overall the experience here was exceptional and I would buy a car from here again without a doubt. After a hectic car shopping experience in Portland we came back to look at a car at Creative. Although the car we came to look at was gone, we were shown a few other options with NO pressure. The team was helpful and honest. We got a great buy on a newer car which runs super. The price was very fair. They remembered what we were looking for and were easy to talk to. I recently bought a 5 series bmw from this dealership. I have worked in sales before and do not just automatically trust that people are telling the truth. I recommend this dealership though because throughout the process of buying the vehicle they proved themselves to be trustworthy. There were some mechanical concerns I brought to their attention, and everything was resolved satisfactorily, and I was treated with respect. Their own mechanic did an awesome job taking care of issues I had brought up and they gave me a loaner car while my car was in their shop. I'm really happy with the car.

Didn't get the chance to shop for a car. It was quite some time ago. They we're really busy. Some old grey haired guy that I THINK worked there(he came out of the office joking around with the sales guys and was parked right up front and talking to the mechanics in the garage about some cars he had brought in) followed me when I left and when I realized it and pulled over because ai didnt want him to know where I lived, tried to get me to take my shirt off so he could spray me with some kind of muscle spray. Was getting very pushy. Said it would help my Sciatica- I didn't know I had Sciatica. Made me very uncomfortable. Doesn't make it a bad car lot but a little creepy.

Went out of their way to help me get a great deal on a new car. Made sure I was getting something I truly wanted and knew the entire history of the new car. Very transparent and trustworthy! Would recommend to anyone looking to get a car, they have a wide variety of different kinds of cars and I never felt pressure to pick something on the spot.

Creative Credit Auto was seriously the right choice. I was able to get in, get the car I wanted, and they even bought my old 2004 and helped me get into my 2008 Avenger. The thing is a beast, and it was priced just right. Tyler really helped me out and was courteous. If you end up buying a used car, give this place a shot and ask for him to help you out.
