They were very nice to work with until the end of the process. I wanted to refinance my mortgage, she offered me a lower interest rate and monthly payment as per my credit score but with time the monthly payment was increasing even I told her in the beginning that I do not want an escrow included but she did not care about it and included escrow. When I asked her no escrow then she mentioned the whole process will restart with a higher interest rate. On the day of the final paper sign, a big surprise about $100 extra ( did not even mention a single time ) was added for monthly payment for hazard insurance. I immediately cancelled it and got refinance with some other company.

Brad Sutton and his team at Monster Loans was amazing to work with! They made the process extremely easy and walked me through every step of the way. They were efficient and very helpful with all my questions and made me feel at ease. I cannot say enough about Brad and his team and would recommend them to anyone that is skeptical about the refinancing process.

Heather August is the best. She really did a lot of work for us to get our home refinance. She kept us up to date on everything because she touched bases with us daily. I didn't talk to her every time i called, but she always returned my calls that same day. So if you wants someone that will work hard for you Heather does a GREAT JOB.

I've bought and sold a few homes but never refinanced and Armin was so cordial and professional in not only responding quickly, but explaining the process, the time frame, etc. Everything worked out exactly as we expected. The representatives that helped me (Elaine Juezan and Brandon Gibson) took the time to make sure I was making a decision that will benefit me in the present and in the future. They educated me on house buying loans and refinancing mortgages and that allowed me to feel more at peace with the decision that I was making. After purchasing and refi-ing several homes over the years, this was the best experience we ever had!! Our (then) current lender never even returned our calls for a refi. Marcia answered our call immediately, crunched the numbers and let us know that we could definitely save money on our FHA streamline refi. Not only was she knowledgeable, she responded immediately to every email that we sent her. The loan processor, Kirin, was also amazing. The whole process was so quick and easy! We are saving over $250 on our monthly mortgage payment and during CV 19, this is truly amazing!! We 100% recommend them!

Buyer Beware I did 3 refinances with Monster Loans, now called Proven Mortgage. The first refi went off without a hitch so I trusted two more refinances to be done by them. The following two were a complete nightmare. refi#1: took 3 months to close. I was told by ML (monster loans) my refi would close prior to paying the month's mortgages. I was charged late fees both times because they failed to meet their deadline. ML told my insurance company not to collect the old mortgage company's insurance premium because it would be paid by them at closing. They failed to close at a predetermined time and did not notify anyone to get the insurance collected. My old mortgage company threatened mandatory insurance and my insurance company threatened to terminate the insurance. It took three different visits with the attorney to sign closing documents at three different times. At the final signing of the deed it had my spouses father as my husband. The closing department told everyone that they would not be able to update the deed until the following week because they were busy. The loan processor had to dig out the deed that was signed at the first appointment to close it out. I received a phone call from an appraiser who was trying to do a drive by appraisal on my property... I signed closing documents two days prior to the phone call. This caused the 1st signing to be pushed back form another month. There was no communication on the status. I ended up having to call the manager of the company to find out what was going on. I never received an apology or a refund (that was promised) of late fees I had to pay due to them not being able to close. The numbers that was given (and signed for) were different than the numbers at closing. They were higher than discussed and I was never given a phone call as to the difference. I tried to call and no answer. refi#2: Loan took 3 months to close. The initial closing disclosure was different than the final closing disclosure. The final payment was higher than originally discussedThe loan processor took two months to collect information that should have taken 2 weeks. We signed the closing documents Nov 1st. The old mortgage company paid the taxes on Nov 6th. ML did not fund the loan until the 2nd week of November and paid the taxes that was collected at time of signing. The taxes were double paid and should have been reimbursed. Now its Mid-January and I have sent multiple emails trying to find out where the double payment of tax money is at.

Beware! Received spam letter purportedly from my current lender. Representative refused to provide any information until I provided my social security number. More important, he set up a situation which would allow them to increase the rate. I’ve worked with a number of other lenders who genuinely wanted my business and were willing to help. Being a veteran and having received a offer from Monster Loans to refinance my VA loan , I called and was greeted by Andy Ropac, this young man walked me through the process as to complete the process, it was very easy and within minutes he began the process to start the loan application. Andy gave me so much information within 30 minutes I was in disbelief. Andy handed me over to Elaine Jaezan the loan processor who was an absolute delight to work with. They email you a request of information and or documents, you send it back and within a day or so your loan is being processed. The entire staff at Monster Loans are helpful and just a joy to work with, they provide exact information in a timely manner, you never have to guess your status because they are in constant contact with you. I closed on my loan in less than 30 days with zero issues. I have recommended Monster Loans to several friends. Not using Monster Loans would be a mistake, they are like family and have treat you like family. Great Company.
