Our experience was seamless. Crestmont Capital has great customer service. Someone followed up every day to give us an update on the status of the loan. Sometimes...even more than once a day. I would highly recommend them. The whole process only took about 2 days when we received our funds.

Crestmont was able to help me get a loan within 3 days. I called and spoke to a man named Michael who asked me a few questions about my business needs and what I was looking for. After about a 5 minute call, he sent me over an application. Filled it out in about 10 minutes. The next day he called and said I had an approval. He sent it over, I signed, and I had the money in my account that afternoon.

Crestmont Capital is by far the most professional funding companies I have ever dealt with. They have answered all my questions and explained the process. They have even emailed me afterwards to ask if I had any questions. They even let you know when you can reapply. It’s been a pleasure to work with them.

No response for weeks. Sold my information (including ssn) to many other companies. Now junk emails wont stop, including them. Worst company I ever had the misfortune of making contact with. Stay clear.

Thank God I have a background in I.T development its easy for me to sniff out fake reviews. Please cut it out for the sake of the world. This is just too much!

Michael and Crestmont were awesome. Quick to fund and painless for a small business like ours. At first I was skeptical as they needed to have view only privileges to our online banking. After working with Bank of America we were able to get that set up and everything was 100% above board. I guess I am getting old and not as trusting as I could be with sensitive information. Overall just a great company to work with!

I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. I was misled in their lending practice and will never use nor recommend this Crestmont Capital to anyone. Dealing with their senior financial consultant, Christopher Chavez, was a huge mistake. He may have a nice title but is only interested in the sale. My credit has been damaged because of his lack of knowledge

Travis was both helpful and very knowledgeable about products that would help my company. He took the time to carefully listen to my financial needs and then offered a few solutions which would best fit my needs. He kept the process smooth and efficient and kept me well informed through the whole process. He made the search for working capital, which has always been difficult, into a pleasant experience.

Just got off the phone, well hung up on from one of their reps. Told them we haven’t launched just yet and before I could ask an additional regarding their startup loan, the rep says “sorry we can’t help you, have a good day”. Hangs up!
